객실은 혼자쓰기 큰 편으로 약 20평대 아파트를 생각하시면 되지만 4박하는 동안 단 한번도 룸 청소를 하지 않으며 식기가 그렇게 깨끗하지 않습니다. 그리고 욕실의 욕조와 대체적으로 옛날 인테리어로 오래된 부분에서 개미나 작은 벌레가 나오지 않을까 생각을 했습니다. 그래도 호텔에서 2분 안에 버스, 트램이 있어서 교통편이 무지 편리했으며 식사를 만들어 먹을 수 있어서 편하게 쉬었습니다. 가성비로는 좋으나 정말 괜찮은 시설을 원하시면 다른 호텔을 알아 보시는게 좋습니다.

리조트내 작은 워터 슬라이드는 유아들에게 인기 만점이네요...덕분에 저희 딸은 3일 머무는 동안 새까맣게 탔어요..ㅎㅎ 실내 따뜻한 수영장과 스파도 마음에 들구요...무엇보다 객실은 넓은 공간이 마음에 들어요..가구나 소파가 최신식은 아니었지만,,,깨끗하게 정리되어 있네요.저희 식구는 2 bedroom 객실에 묵었는데, 마스터룸에 연결된 드레스룸이 따로 있어 좋았구요...침실과 연결된 야외 넓은 테라스에서 식사(저희가 숙소 키친에서 준비해서요^^) 를 할 수 있어 좋았답니다. 다음 골드코스트행에 또 묵고 싶은 숙네요...^^

I read some more recent reviews before arrival and was second guessing my decision to book Mantra Crown Towers, however I enjoyed my short stay. Yes, this hotel is not new, but they have updated the facilities and room with paint, fixtures and furniture. I thought it was well maintained, especially the outdoor pool area. The staff were friendly and happy to assist. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped for my needs. My only negatives were: 1. I don't know what product the cleaners use in the shower, but I slipped over as I stepped in. The floor was slippery, as was the wall (realised that when I tried to reach out to stop the fall). Maybe the cleaner forgot to go back and wash down the product. 2. During our short stay I never noticed the cafe open. I didn't include breakfast with my package, so this didn't affect me.

The staff were amazing and so accomodating. The room was spacious and clean. Facilities were awesome, we will definitely be back!

We were worried about the room condition after reading some of the reviews but found it to be perfect. A huge 1 bed apartment with 3 wonderful pools to choose from. Only downside was there was no bar or cafe (apparently someone is considering taking it over soon), but other than that would highly recommend - plenty of options close by.

I arrived at the hotel a few hours prior to check-in and was assisted by a nice young man, who helped me with my baggage storage, however when I returned a couple of hours later a young woman served me, I found her offhand and rather rude. When I entered my room I was very pleased with the atmosphere, with the sun streaming in and the layout of the place, however on closer inspection the room had not been cleaned properly as there were crumbs all over the floor, the dining table and the chairs, and hairs on the towel and in the bathroom sink. I did enjoy the proximity to everything and would happily stay there again, hopefully the young woman may have changed her negative attitude by then, as the young man and another young woman were lovely and the initial female receptionist let these two down. I would also hope that the room would be cleaner next time.

Location and staff were very helpful

Excellent apartment facilities with friendly cheerful staff. The on site restaurant was well worth four trips including one take away. Located mere metres from the Cypress Avenue light rail station. Some of the facilities amenities appeared to be closed for renovations or merely it was off peak season. All in all a very enjoyable stay at a good price.

When i got there they didnt have my reservation so i never stayed and had to go to another hotel, how can i request refund

Great location. Great views. Property had good amenities. Friendly staff. BUT Quite dated decor. Dirty and unclean to common areas and rooms. Moth-bitten curtains in our rooms. Dusty carpets. Room-service barely weekly. Kids pool and pool slides shut for maintenance (main reason for us booking this particular hotel). No wifi throughout our near 2 weeks at the hotel. Repeated need for trades-people to access to our room for maintenance purposes. Not offered any compensation for any of these issues either. Wouldnt return.

Room size, affordability and location are great. It’s a shame the room looked nothing like the photos. It was very dated, torn and dirty carpets, stained couches, walls full of marks, basins in bathroom delaminated… the list could go on. In desperate need of a refurb. Disappointing compared to pictures. Very false advertising. Although staff did show us another room which was an improvement, there is ongoing construction around the building.

Dining chairs in the room were flimsy and felt like they were falling apart. Door knobs on cupboards were loose. Kitchen floor was full of chips. Indoor pool was ‘heated’ but not overly warm. Reception didn’t seem too interested in hearing our feedback on the state of our room after asking us, ‘How was your stay?’ Downstairs Thai restaurant was the star feature of this hotel. For the price of rooms at this hotel, look elsewhere.

なんといっても広い。そしてベッドルーム、トイレ、洗面所、シャワーもそれぞれについていている友人同士だとプライベートも保たれてとてもいいです。立地もいいしぜひまた使いたいです。

Dated, dirty, smelly and needs maintenance. Tumble dryer not working. Couldn't use pan to cook. Bad smell around the lift area

Great location but the 2 three bedroom apartments our family had were very much in need of a refit. The taps need replacing, constantly dripping, bathrooms need updating. Needs a good clean Given the poor quality it was very expensive.

The wifi was shocking it barley worked but otherwise it was a fine place to stay

Room was mouldy and dust everywhere, the people below were continually Smoking so couldn’t leave doors open. The spa was shut down and there were no toilets available to use at the pool. Our Foxtel went down on a Friday and we left on a Tuesday and still wasn’t fixed. Staff were friendly and place was continent but not worth the price paid.
