머큐어 발라랏 - 호텔 & 컨벤션 센터

멜버른 호텔비를 생각하면 정말 싸고 좋은 편 입니다. 위치가 정말로 좋고 방과 거실도 넓습니다. 하지만, 밤에 소음과 공사는 소리에 민감하지 않은 저에게도 조금 힘들었습니다. 호텔이 골목에 있고 방은 또 다른 건물에 있어 조금 불편했습니다. 하지만, 위치가 가격을 생각하면 만족합니다.

Clean and comfortable

Our stay in the apartment was great just needs a little maintenance on the heating and the kitchen as the lights were dull and range hood light not working at all made it hard preparing meals

Room was ok but was not as clean as it should be a lot of built up grime in the bath.

Fantastic property, bed was really good and room was exactly what we needed

Very disappointing experience. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, with at least one towel clearly not changed. Amenities were minimal, and overall it did not feel worth the price.

Comfortable lodge unitary clean if a bit tired in places with good choice of TV.About 2 miles from the centre of Ballarat but next door to Golden Point pub

We chose Mercure because it offered $10 EV charging. Although the buildings and fittings are not brand new, they were spacious and comfortable

Really worn out room and the bed was very uncomfortable. Could not sleep at all plus the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

Room clean. Needs an update. Carpet needs replacing very tired. Disabled bathroom very good.

The restaruant area and food , staff and quality of service was excellent but the room, although clean, and quiet and quite roomy was "very tired" and is certainly in need of a refresh. The bathroon area certainly is in need of a real update.

When I first checked in, the clean towels had make up stains on them, housekeeping didn’t come anywhere near my room for 1 and a half days to empty my bins and replace the towels but when they did, they left the door to my room open and I had to change rooms on my final night because the air conditioner stopped working. When packing up to change rooms, there was a large amount of orange powder in the top shelf of the wardrobe that was covering a part of the spare pillow. Was relieved that I didn’t require a spare pillow. God knows what it was, hope it wasn’t toxic. I regularly visit Ballarat but for my future visits, I won’t be staying at the Mercure Ballarat again.
