Service was great both evening and breakfast the next day. Its quiet and comfortable.

Asked for room at the back to park my car, as I struggle to get up stairs and I was in room 118 which I had go go up stairs, I am staying in hotel again next month and hoping I can request to go in rooms out the back ground floor and park directly out the front of room

Friendly staff clean room and amazing food

The entrance looks glamorous and service was great how ever the rooms were smaller than the photos. Also didn’t realise there was no view from the room only a car park. We didn’t like the door leading out to car park as it felt unsafe - couldn’t open window due to car park noise and smokers the air con appeared to be faulty -

Cockroach in the room. Pictures don’t reflect the condition of the room very old facilities and bathroom found long hairs on the floor carpet was old and appeared stained and dirty. Shower in the bathtub was slippery my daughter slipped over not easy access for kids or older people. Got room service and the prawns and squid were not cooked properly and the prawns tasted off the staff did give me a refund on it though as it was inedible. For the price they charge I expected better quality/newer room but was more like cheaper roadside motel unfortunately.

Quiet but within 5 minutes of Charlestown shopping. Fairly neat and tight hotel and it looks like our room was recently refurbished.

The property we stayed at was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast we had was excellent.

Noisy

Room tired. Mattress definitely seen better days (my back is still aching). Bathroom needs a revamp get rid of bath. TV sound sub par not clear.

Comfortable. No lifts to second floor. Would benefit from having a charger installed for electric cars.

We had 2 rooms, a deluxe king and a family room. Both were excellent. Beautiful views from the balcony of the king room. The pool looked very inviting. Sadly we didnt have long enough to use it. Had a meal in the restaurant downstairs which was excellent. Highly recommended

What a lovely friendly hotel!! Staff are exceptional!! Very friendly and welcoming, gave us lots of recommendations on places to visit. It’s very central to 2 large shopping centers. Would highly recommend this hotel 😊
