욕실커튼에서 물곰팡이 냄새가 나서 그부분이 좀 아쉬웠어요. 무료 생수가 채워져있지 않아서 그냥 제가 사다먹었어요. 보통 객실에 2병, 욕실에 2병씩 구비되어있지 않나요?? 객실 슬리퍼도 없어서 리셉션에 연락해서 받았습니다. 숙소 근처에 coffee club과 duotone카페가 있는 점은 너무 좋았어요

室内は広くて清潔。高層階のフィットネスルームからはスワンリバーと公園がきれいに見えてよかった。

Great location close to Coffee Club and local pubs nearby. Walkable to the most of offices in the CBD.

The front desk, breakfast buffet, and room service staff were excellent. The beds were firm but comfortable. Room were clean, and though dated, had everything for a good stay. The security card system needs updating.

It is a good hotels hotel - room service, gym, restaurants, 24 hours check in etc. Parking is pretty good in the area, lots of cheap street parking although no reliable hotel parking is a little annoying. Only criticism is that the value vs quality of the food (especially room service) is pretty awful. I don't even pay for my own food when I travel and I'll still avoid it. Over priced and poorly prepared most of the time.

The property felt very dated, and the lack of upkeep was noticeable especially in the bathroom, where the paint was chipped and peeling. It gave the space an unclean and neglected feel. Another downside was the absence of basic amenities you’d typically expect, such as complimentary water. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the lack of thoughtful touches made the stay less comfortable than it should have been.

A great resting place for my needs. Most of the staff were super helpful and nice except for one man who checked in.. it took a super long time, and he was pretty void of manners.

Quick and efficient check-in. Staff looked after my suitcase while I looked for free parking down the street. Comfortable bed, large room, excellent breakfast, particularly the pastries. What is there not to like?

We had a lot of issues during his stay, as the lifts were not working for the majority of the evening. My guest actually has a pelvis injury and so this made the stay very difficult, and had to travel up and down 24 flights of stairs to reach his room. This is a very disappointing outcome for a modern hotel who should not have these issues. It also causes concern for anyone with accessibility requirements.

Not user friendly the shower over the bath particularly for older people. Quite dangerous. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Everything was good/ great, the swipe cards and the elevators reduced my experience. Swipe cards were unreliable in the elevators, at least one elevator out of service daily, all three broken down for 2 1/2 hours at dinner time, with me stuck on floor 10 making me seriously late to a dinner meeting. Swipe cards only worked occasionally to enter my room, up to 3minutes of repetitive trying before entry was granted. Fix this and I would have rated 4.5 - 5 Stars

Great breakfast clean rooms only set back servicing room was late.

Good breakfast comfortable beds. Only downsides were late doing room up each day. Lifts were out one day which was a bit inconveniant, but all else was very good. ,

Excellent stay

Breakfast a bright spot, rooms are quite outdated with no international power socket, elevator key card doesn't work every time, gym equipment not quite sufficient.
