Super love to be here. The room is pretty big, service is good and fast, and the location is also great too. You can easily walk to Elizabeth Quay or to Murray Mall, and you can also catch CAT bus too. It's free and you can go to every tourism place with that bus. Awesome.

Serious problems at the hotel. Nothing is working properly and no staff was able to help or do anything. Two of the elevators were out of service. The drain of my room had some problem. Everyone who works at hotel is acting like it is what it is……take it or leave it!

We had an issue with our room when we arrived however the manager Ellie was incredible with how quickly, friendly and professionally she resolved the situation. We were very impressed and meant our stay was very enjoyable.

Dated wth poor beds and shocking pillows. Add to that the squeaky door on the laundry room in action from 6:30am and I was ready to get the hell out of there. Oh and the hotel bar closed at 10pm… pick somewhere else

Pathetic hotel. The rooms were so much worse than the advertised images. Breakfast sucked and was a waste of money. The worst part was a $5 delivery fee for room service for a water bottle - ridiculous. Never staying here again, not worth the money at all.

Breakfast was good. My first day, my room was not serviced and I had to phone for some coffee/tea satchets and milk. There was no major light in the room, only lamps so this wasn’t bright enough. The room could do with some colour especially for a four star hotel.
