Late check in and it was easy.

I’ve stated this Motel a number of times and always find it clean tidy and very well located in the centre of town. Handy to all the shopping and dining options that you could ever want in Mackay. The lady that runs the place, Chantelle, always lovely and bubbly.

Clean room, amazing mattress and pillows, close parking for trailer, great staff, close to shops.

No complaints, a good motel

I have a few things I could pick on but the major issue we had was very noisy neighbours in other rooms drinking & bad language until after 2am

Very handy to all types of meals, drinks and night live, quiet during night.

It was in walking distance of the shops and food

It isnt a 5 star motel. Bed sheets and towels are all clean. Staff are very friendly and parking very easy. Can walk or drive around the corner for food and it is a quiet street. Being close to other rooms you can het a bit of sound coming through, but not enough to ruin a solid nights sleep.

I thought it was OK for a cheap Motel

Felt very unsafe with a baby staying at property. Lots and lots of loud voices and partying at night time. Felt very unsafe in the area aswell. Staff were lovely when dealing with them at check in and cleaners. Rooms were old but very clean. Would not stay again due to type of people staying in rooms and partying, yelling and coming and going at night. Don’t know how many times I checked if the door was locked.

Quiet place and convenient to engage in business activities while staying there

Very budget. Adjacent smoking rooms made mine smell. Can do better somewhere else
