람블라 @ 페리하우스

장비 임대 업체를 바라보는 view여서 테라스는 사용 못했으나, 방의 구조와 편의시설(부엌, 세탁기, 의류건조기 등)이 마음에 들었음. 체크인 전에 일정금액을 디파짓하면 WhatsApp으로 digital key를 줌. 엘리베이터에 key 인식이 잘 안될 때가 있어 다소 불편. 호주에서는 보통 Tap water를 마신다지만 G 층 입구근처에 식수대 있음(필터 교체 램프가 깜박이는 것으로 보아 필터 교체 필요해보임). 호텔이라 생각해서 하우스키핑을 요청하려 하였지만 매일 40달러 청구될거라고해서 수건은 빨아서 사용. 공항에서도 Air train으로 가깝고, 시내로 이동도 Bowen hills역에서 기차를 타거나 Newstead에서 버스를 타고 쉽게 이동 가능해서 위치는 좋음. 브리즈번에서 Aussie life를 체험해 볼 수 있는 가성비 좋은 숙소라 생각됨.

Everything from booking in to checking out was good. This electronic age is something new to me but it seems to work well.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Beautiful clean facilities, rooms, bathrooms, living rooms and easy access to parking. I would definitely come back again.

Clean with good amenities

Clean and convenient

All the amenities were great. The pool, gym, and roof were all clean and were in service. The room was tidy, had great A/C and the full kitchen was a huge help. My only recommendation is to put spray bottles and towels in the gym to wipe down any equipment.

I have been to Rambla @ Perry House technically three times now. The first was for convenience to get to my Dr’s office after a surgery, I’d had while there. However, is is so lovely there I have gone just to have a little getaway, some me time. I will definitely be back! Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Rambla, you are all amazing :)

Overall a pleasant stay. Communication was via WhatsApp since there was no front desk. All of the steps required for checking in and out were conveyed that way. It was a learning process but overall it was ok. The AUD15/night fee for parking is an inconvenience, especially when there weren't any vacant parking spaces when we arrived. There was a after-hours call line that we could call, and the problem was eventually resolved. The location is about halfway between Brisbane Airport and the city center, and seemed to be an industrial neighborhood. It is next to an equipment rental yard.

Advertised amenities were not accessible with our key. The keys were inconvenient to work. The shower drain did not work properly, and the drier was broken yet we never heard a response from the hotel staff. It was not advertised that there would be no staff on the property. We found trash from other guests in the rooms. Overall, a poor experience.

Great little unit, didn’t have very good Wfi, couldn’t watch a movie, had to switch to hotspot off of our phones

Great location, close to waterfront walking paths and parks. The bus stop is close by to get to other areas quickly. The apartment was modern and spotless and a very comfortable stay.

Need to be tech savvy to get into the property. Customer service only by phone. Bleach was overused in the bathroom. This made the whole place smell. Dishwasher needs to be aired, as this smelt as well. No map to show where things are close by(food wise)

I recently stayed at Rambla Perry House and had a wonderful experience. The apartments are impressively clean and well-maintained, and our one-bedroom unit was both comfortable and functional and the rooftop pool, spa and bbq area are great features. One of the standout features is the online check-in process. With no reception desk, everything is handled digitally, which I found incredibly convenient. The key card is loaded onto your phone via an app, making access to the apartment seamless and hassle-free. The location is a bit of a mixed bag. While it's near busy roads and traffic noise can be noticeable, the upside is its proximity to excellent cafes, a bus stop just a minute away, and a train station within a five-minute walk. With Brisbane’s public transport costing only 50 cents per ride, this accessibility is a major plus. The booking process is smooth and straightforward, and the keyless entry system works well—either via a PIN or even more easily through the app. One small quirk is figuring out which keypad side to use in the lifts to access your floor, but once you get the hang of it, it’s simple. Would I recommend Rambla Perry House? Absolutely. It’s a modern, clean, and well-located option for anyone visiting Brisbane, especially if you appreciate tech-savvy conveniences and easy access to public transport.

Great place. Safe and secure. Easy parking. Very comfortable and firm king size bed. Nice views and quiet. Rooftop pool/spa etc great and the Gym was small but very good. Highly recommend!!!
