Accommodations were perfect. Everything was very clean.
We had just come off a 13 day cruise so having laundry facilities was perfect Merlo coffee around the corner on Thompson Street was amazing the train station a five minute block away so we could get to CBD was great and also taking the train to the Gold Coast was so convenient from that location

Overall a pleasant stay. Communication was via WhatsApp since there was no front desk. All of the steps required for checking in and out were conveyed that way. It was a learning process but overall it was ok.
The AUD15/night fee for parking is an inconvenience, especially when there weren't any vacant parking spaces when we arrived. There was a after-hours call line that we could call, and the problem was eventually resolved.
The location is about halfway between Brisbane Airport and the city center, and seemed to be an industrial neighborhood. It is next to an equipment rental yard.

The apartment was nice & comfortable. The pool & hot tub were lovely.
But the communication & check-in were the worst we've ever experienced. And the app I had to download for the digital key was hopeless, didnt even work. So ended up having to use the PIN but that was hit & miss in the lift. We weren't the only ones having trouble as just about everyone who hopped in the lift had trouble with the PIN.
The area is a business/industrial area, not the best area to stay in. Luckily there was a good coffee shop around the corner.
I wouldn't stay here again.

This is my second time staying here at the Rambla and it’s a perfect place to stay with all the amenities.
It’s also very close to the airport and very affordable.
I plan to come back here on my next visit to Brisbane.
The owners were very flexible with me as well with my flight being canceled so that I can stay an extra day with no interruption in my same room.
