It was okay, but the ceiling and the lamps were not cleaned.

Comfy bed

Rooms clean and beds comfortable with great air conditioning... The male concierge who checked us in was brilliant. My issue was with the one elevator and the room was small with the furniture and big bed which made it tricky to navigate, especially at night when going to the bathroom. It was also disappointing we weren't able to eat st the restaurants. I would give it another try and book a different room and check elevator.

Checking in and parking was a schmozzle. There were 5 cars lined up so had to stop in a no standing zone while we checked in. We got a parking garage code (for a fee) but when we entered the garage we found no empty spots and 4 other cars circling inside trying to find one. we stopped in another no standing zone and walked back to reception who said "there are a lot of people arriving" and directed us to another pay parking garage which would "cost the same". After spending 10 minutes downloading software we finally got parked and returned to the hotel. When checking out they had not removed the original parking fee AND the one we were force to use was actually $21 more expensive which they would not refund (they did remove the original fee). If going there make sure you arrange for pre paid parking at one of the many nearby parking garages which will be much cheaper and save a lot of time.

Room could have been cleaner. Found a stray pistachio shell on the floor and it was very dusty under the bed. A strange methane odor from the water taps in the bathroom and for $35 buffet breakfast really would expect a fully functioning coffee machine. But, it’s an incredible location - especially for Tivoli / Showgrounds gigs and there’s a heap of cool food / drinking options nearby. Stock standard hotel in a great location - no serious complaints.

Room spotless, good bed, nice n dark…if you like dark rooms…tv wasn’t easy to navigate…but I am over 30…and don’t know if there’s like Nettie’s,or fox or whatever as once again…I’m over 30…but like this place

5 stars the Room was great staff were amazing.

This is a nice hotel, located in a quiet area. Our room was a good size and comfortable. We ordered room service on our first night and enjoyed the quality and taste of what we ordered - as well as the timeliness of receiving our order. The area is walkable and has dining options.

Friendly staff always welcoming and go out of their way to make sure that your stay is 100 service guaranteed. Rooms are clean and tidy

Absolutely perfect stay with great quality meals and beverages, thou i would like to see fresh seafood on the menu mainly lobster.

The staff at reception were fabulous, so helpful! The room was so comfortable and impeccably clean. We love staying at Rydges.

Hotel was lovely, clean and modern. Convenient parking & great location in the CBD. Breakfast buffet did not disappoint. Very happy with our stay. Thank you
