무엇보다 직원들이 친절했음

허니문 여행으로 갔습니다. 신혼여행이라고하니 샴페인도 받았습니다. 모두들 너무 친절하고 좋았습니다. 접근성도 좋구요 트램역도 가깝습니다. 바로 1분 거리에 오아시스 쇼핑몰도 있구요 주변 맛집들도 많고 다양하게 분포되어 있었어요. 저녁마다 마실 수 있는 차와 초코릿 하나씩 주는데 참 좋았어요

호텔이 너무 오래돼서 위생상태가 아쉽고, 인터넷이 잘 안되서 불편함. 그리고 주위가 너무너무 시끄러움!!!

Great stay, room was clean and comfortable, everything as stated. Nice views. Staff were really friendly and extra helpful.

The room was absolutely spotless every day. The house keeping staff did a fantastic job, including vacuuming every day, which doesn't always happen at other hotels. There was a very plentiful supply of toilet paper, tissues and towels. Also, not something that is common now. Every staff member I encountered was delightful and friendly. Even if we just shared a lift together, they always said Good Morning/Good Evening/Bonjour. It is a very good culture. I had a beautiful view of the ocean from my room.(Paid extra, but was pleased with the results) Great breakfasts and excellent food(based on one lunch)

Easily the worst beds I’ve ever had to stay on. Impossibly hard like a plank of wood. In general the place is looking a little tired as well. Look elsewhere for the money

Stayed at Sofitel Gold Coast and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Broadbeach with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and entertainment just steps outside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel offers nice amenities that add to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything felt well-maintained and up to the Sofitel standard. The only downside is parking. There’s no complimentary customer parking, and guests are required to pay hefty parking fees to use the hotel parking, which is disappointing considering the premium price point. Aside from parking, it’s a solid stay and a great choice for the Gold Coast.

Restaurant and bar were overpriced

The bathroom was not clean at all.

Quiet and clean. All staff went out of their way to make our stay nice. Nice scent/aroma as you walk through the lobby and out of your room to the lifts. Would recommend and come back again.

I found the staff unhelpful and not very obliging at all

The room was clean showing its age abit but nothing to complain about But the staff more than compensated for it

The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and were able to upgrade the room as I preferred a higher floor, quiet location. I was able to have a later checkout (for a fee) but this allowed us more time at the beach. Location is excellent, close to beach and amenities. However, the property is date. The guest room decor, especially washrooms, carpets are old and the room had a musty odour, likely due to proximity to ocean- I recommend a scented diffused for the room, I recommend new carpeting or better a hard flooring and update to washroom. Otherwise, great. Pool area also crowded and some people leave things around pool, on chairs for hours but are not even there, therefore hard to get a seat at the pool- there should be rules about reserving seats and if not there 1 hour, seat should be vacated for someone else to use.

We had a very nice stay. Cannot fault the hotel or facilities.

We arrived to check in at 3pm. At 3.30pm we were advised by the manager on duty our room would be another 40 minutes. We were offered a different room and when our room was available we could move again. We took the other room so we didn’t waste more time moving. We were offered free breakfast to compensate the price difference. When we went to get breakfast the next morning, the lady said that’s $98 you don’t have breakfast included. The whole experience was embarrassing
