Room did not look like the pictures, very run down and needs to be renovated. Dark rooms, moudly bathroom with the visitor befores hairs all over the tub, shower and floor. Event held which was super noisy and we were not aware of the event. The walls are paper thin and could hear next door talking/ sneezing. Can hear the people above walking around all night. Didnt sleep well at all!

Such a beautiful location, excellent facilities and super friendly staff

Stayed in December as had family nearby to visit, and it was well priced and had free parking. They kindly upgraded us to the Bridal Suite. A separate lounge room with extra TV, Spa bath, and lovely leafy view from the balcony. Was very quiet – a plus as some reviews commented on road noise – heard none at all. Check in is at a front bar .. not immediately obvious where to enter to do that. Cheerful staff both on check in and departure. Nice room .. nothing like a Hilton type Suite etc, but priced accordingly, and was fine. Internet was fine with thankfully no log in password to search around for. Very nice leafy gardens for a morning walk etc. A very nice stay and would return.

The location was ideal for the purpose of our visit. Great facilities. As visitors unfamiliar with the area, the winery had everything we needed. Food and drinks. A very spacious room

The Staff are Great

Well, from the moment we arrived there were issues with the room. Smoke alarm beeping non stop, toilet wouldnt stop running, the room smelt like mouldy cigarette smell, dusty, and the TV volume didnt work. Connor was great, he provided us a new room, which was really nice. Although, the people behind or next to us had absolutey no respect of other people also accommodating. There was slamming doors, crying, laughing and this was on going until 4am! The walls are way too thin. Shoutout to Connor - thanks for everything.

Room was clean

Would have preferred a second tv in the main bedroom for the people there. Nice room overall. Staff good. Dinner wait was an hour and staff got distracted easily with other things and forgot to bring water, forks, cups and our dinner but we have been coming for years.

Room spotless. Room quiet in spite of the road not far away. Outdoor area restful. Staff welcoming and helpful.

Definately in need of some renovations and update in furniture bedding etc, but all the woman they have for cleaning staff and the male staff are absolutely brilliant friendly people they are great which made my stay comfortable

Staff were nice on arrival. Room was noisy, lounge was hard and stained, bed saggy, spa well passed it’s used by date. Noises from above were offensive firstly the spa and then after those people moved as their spa didn’t work properly someone took it upon themselves to use the room for a sex romp until the wee hours with periods of loud talking and clomping around the floor. The lock on the door was also insufficient. Cobwebs on the ceiling. I won’t be returning.

The kitche was not fully set as a kitchen. No toaster, no towels provided for the pool. Which stopped us swimming. Ask to provide a security deposit of $100 in case damage occured. This does not happen with other motels or hotels?

Staff were great , very helpful . Room was okay , spacious . Overall it was a good stay . The property could do with some TLC

It was ok, the pool was good. The room needs a bit of an upgrade and a new TV as it kept doing strange things. We were annoyed that there was no breakfast available in the restaurant. There also needs plates and bowls

Will not stay here again.
