I want to tell you about your Hotel service. 1. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was not explain my book including. For example, I asked her about my breakfast after the check-in process, for 3 times!!!!!( that night, and then tomorrow morning, and after the breakfast.) Is is right process for your hotel? I 2. I ate the dinner of your hotel restaurant when I arrived day. It's so nice place, nice circumstance. I couldn't the reservation there so crew asked me to leave until at 7:30 p.m. My sister and I was so hungry toooooooo long driving. So I agreed with their request and we have a seat. We ordered pasta and lamp. The employee didn't even ask me to roast the meat! Is is always do that? And even they didn't serve to me a bread. Why they did that? So I asked them to bread and gave me except oil. So I asked them again to give a oil or butter. 3. I asked the clean service of my room when I left the hotel. But it's not working. When I return the Hotel for rest, the cleanest visit my room and we have to left. Then, we came back to room, pillow have many many many many dust!!!!! I took a picture. They had a purpose to do that? Fortunately, we met a good and nice crew of your hotel. He was so kind to us explained the restaurant and the others,

Room was spotless all the staff amazing would go out if they’re way do do anything for you the location is perfect surrounded by restaurants and high end shops

Flew in early and the staff prioritised us to check in early. They were so friendly and accommodating and my husband made note of a lovely staff member Sophie who even after clocking out of her shift asked my husband how his day was and how was watching the Super Bowl. The amenities are first class and the room was exceptionally clean/spacious and even smelt nice.

The whole experience was easy, laidback, stylish and very comfortable.

Booked a room with a terrace expecting something like the hotel images show but instead it was like a concrete jail cell

Loved The Callie Hotel! Great vibe, friendly staff, and a really nice atmosphere. Food and drinks were spot on. Highly recommend if you’re in Brisbane.

Staff was welcoming, room was spacious and comfortable. We slept well. Pool is chill. Breakfast was delicious. Neighborhood is vibrant.

Best Greek restaurant I’ve been to outside of Greece

After I received my key I went straight out. No luggage in my room on return. Ice order took a second phone call and over half an hour and to top it off the bathroom light switch didn’t work in the morning. For a top $$$$ venue i was underwhelmed even with the apologetic comp breakfast and late checkout Bed comfy, breakfast nice, accessibility great

Hotel looks amazing and is very well located. Great staff, the decor and and overall esthetics of the hotel are top notch.

What an amazing place We love staying there

Stunning venue. The hotel facilities, restaurants and pool are absolute standard outs. My only concern was the bathrobe in my room was covered in blood (obviously laundered and re-distributed to my room) and when I called to report it, as I didn’t want it kept in my room, no one seemed concerned that that shouldn’t happen, it seemed as if that was just something normal.

The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. The rest of the reception and spa staff are awesome but it takes a couple of people to ruin what would have been a perfect stay.

Our visit to Calile was wonderful. Checking in was so easy & staff super helpful especially Emily. Our breakfast in The Lobby bar was delicious & couldn’t fault anything with our overnight stay. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you

Lovely Hotel and lovely Greek restaurant next to the pool

Very lovely place

Having had the chance to stay at The Calile on a few occasions I can’t fault the property/ facilities but more importantly the staff and service. Every single team member goes the extra mile with friendly service.
