Good stay , just bathroom could be better maintained in the spa suite

Really good stay for work, staff are the biggest asset , really welcoming and supportive. Only critique would be room 37 bathroom needs a refresh around windows and shower. I will keep coming back

Great spot to stay We landed in on happy hour time which is every day from 4 to 6 Staff were great, room was clean and tidy and bed was comfortable Would stay again

Room was large and clean. Having the restaurant and bar was very helpful as we were there only one night. Restaurant was fantastic. We left an item in the room and the staff were helpful in getting it returned.

As always , well presented and staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Room excellent value, clean and modern. Only slightly on the negative was one of the towels had a smudge of make up on it, hinting not clean or didn’t wash well. Best hotel in the region for sure

Shower room is too small plus shower head is not movable. Very hard to adjust the water temperature before get it and not making everywhere wet

We stayed in an Executive Spa Superior room. Fantastic. Jetted tub was enormous. Room was actually 2 rooms. Lounge and kitchen then bedroom and huge bathroom. Everything was included. Stayed 2nights but would have liked more. Also location excellent. Walking distance to Maccas and the main shopping area. Staff were also great.

Fantastic location close to the centre of town

Location of this property is great. Restaurant on the premises and bar. Convient. Short drive or not to far to work into the centre to shops cafes and other attractions

The food was great, the room was a let down in that it wasnt as nice as the pictures made it seem, but the bedroom its self wasnt terrible. it did have a mold patch in the bathroom and the shower head was smaller than i expected from the photos. The bathroom also didnt have an extraction fan but was on a sensor light, which the idea of is great but it was so bright that you almost felt like you where being abducted when you used it in the night. I found the trafic sound was loud over night, Being that the window of the room faced the road and this did make it harder to sleep. I was also woken at 6am by the staff trollies going past, they where so loud i thought they where heavy rain.

We were on a road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide and looking for a good night rest. This turned out to be exactly what we didn’t want to experience. The hotel is situated at the busy intersection and our room is the closest to the intersection. Heavy traffic starting at 6+ and there are heavy trucks passing by every 10 seconds. Upon check out the front desk staff didn’t bother to find out whether we had a good night rest instead she started by asking “did you consume anything at the minibar?” We wouldn’t return to that hotel and we wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there especially when you need a quiet rest after a long days drive. Extremely disappointing!
