Great place to stay in Mudgee

Very clean The only thing missing was a power point in the bathroom, couldn't dry my hair, had ti do it in tge bedroom.

This room (112) was dirty. The mirror in the bathroom had toothpaste splash on the sink. There was not enough soap for 2 people to clean properly. The face towels were dirty and looked like that had just been turned over. There were blood spots on the comforter. Really bad for nearly $300 per night. The 'security' doors were open all night. The balconies from one room to next door had a gap that could easily be accessed by either side. Not a good hotel at all.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Did not use the breakfast option as we had the use of a kitchenette and prepared our own breakfast.

Great staff

The Horatio Suites Hotel is a lovely renovated property in Mudgee. The rooms are spacious and include a balcony, which is a great feature. However, it was disappointing that there were no chairs provided on the balcony, we had to drag one from inside to enjoy it. We were also a little let down that the hotel didn’t acknowledge our anniversary; a small gesture such as a late checkout, a complimentary drink, or even a simple note would have been a nice touch, particularly as it’s not on the cheaper side of hotels in Mudgee. Saying that, we would stay there again.

The room was big, but it could've been cleaner.

Very comfortable with a kitchenette and everything we required. The room was quiet. Breakfast & dinner was available if required.

Spent one night here with friends as we drove through the area. Both our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We both stayed in Luxury King Suites. Absolutely no complaints or criticisms. The Horatio management have obviously developed a good system, and it works!

A very spacious room with good amenities,clean and well appointed.Staff very friendly and most helpful.Maybe just a little too far to walk into town but we are in our eighties.
