The Horatio Suites Hotel is a lovely renovated property in Mudgee. The rooms are spacious and include a balcony, which is a great feature. However, it was disappointing that there were no chairs provided on the balcony, we had to drag one from inside to enjoy it. We were also a little let down that the hotel didn’t acknowledge our anniversary; a small gesture such as a late checkout, a complimentary drink, or even a simple note would have been a nice touch, particularly as it’s not on the cheaper side of hotels in Mudgee. Saying that, we would stay there again.

Spent one night here with friends as we drove through the area. Both our rooms were very clean and comfortable.
We both stayed in Luxury King Suites. Absolutely no complaints or criticisms. The Horatio management have obviously developed a good system, and it works!

Everything was good except the the air conditioner sounded like the refrigerator unit on a large truck. Unfortunately it was a cold night so the option was freeze or put up with the noise.
Disappointedly when mentioned on checkout the problem was known about and the fix was happening the day after we left. And it wasn't as if The Horatio was full on the night we stayed.

Property quality is outstanding, wonderful bed and pillows, nothing is broken or out of order. Set in a quiet area 5 mins drive from town, parking is plentiful within the motel. We love staying here when in Mudgee and would not consider anywhere else. Perfect!

Accomadation was goid, but very noisy as room was facing main road. Was to pay at hotel on arrival, but they withdrew money before arrival, was planning to pay with a different method. Dont advertise pay at property, then withdraw before arrival. Expensive breakfast on offer, need ti have an option for room and breakfast as a package.

The staff member who checked us in was an absolutely delightful lady who made us feel very welcome and from that first moment we knew we would enjoy our stay.
