Was ok first room was dirty but got moved in new room and ac not working good needed a service no smart tv and flat batteries in remotes needs more up keep rubbish around the pools but overall it was ok great food just needs more up keep

If you’re a family on a budget this place is brilliant!! Sure the place is a bit run down, but for a very modest amount you get a resort holiday with buffet breakfast. The kids adored it and I was the most relaxed I’ve been all summer. Special thanks to Tania and her family in the restaurant for giving such great local advice on swimming holes and wineries.

The staff were courteous and respected visitors privacy. My shower base had soap scum and the grout was discoloured. Iwas comfortable and always enjoy clean linen.

Das ganze Hotel ist veraltet und nicht gepflegt. Überall Staub, Verputz, der herunter bröckelt, verlotterte Balkone, Pool, die nicht peputzt sind, keine Matten für die Poolliegen. Das Hotel hinterlässt einen desoltan Eindruck. Schade. Das Fitness spricht auch nicht an und die Geräte sind zum teil defect. Positiv: am Abend hüpfen und grasen Kängurus auf dem Rasen

Room was falling apart Bed wasn’t freshly made Towels were filthy (either stained or used) Meant to have daily housekeeping we got 1 last day Lift smelt like wet dog disgusting Told by reception buffet dinner and it was not Hardly and activities available

The place is so run down. The staff wouldn't have a clue what is going on around the place. The place is so run down. The rooms are full of cockroaches the ceilings are falling down. Just patches on top of patches. The outside toilets are so run down. You wouldn't let your dog piss in them. There is nothing to do that they put on the brochures. If you ask the staff about stuff on the brochure. They say that they know nothing about it. The animal farm is so neglected. The animals are so poorly looked after. If a cyclone went through the place it would improve it. I will definitely not be going back and would not recommend it to anyone. Such false advertising.

We recently stayed 2 nights as we had a Wedding nearby. Property was clean and tidy but is very outdated and needs a full refurbishment. The Buffet Dinner wasn’t good. The Buffet Breakfast was better but was just average. I didn’t play Golf but my friends did and they said it was expensive. Just thought for what we paid it was overpriced. It’s a shame as it could be so much better.

Beautiful grounds, heaps of entertainment for kids and warm welcoming staff.

Room was clean and well presented - limited dining for families with small children early evening, pool space was a little untidy but all staff were friendly and welcoming… Overall we enjoyed our weekend away…

It’s nice

Arrived at 8pm on a Friday night, by 8.20 the only food available was a packet of potato chips from the pub, or a 20min trip to Beaudesert. Fortunately the staff were kind & cooked us a bowl of hot chips, despite the kitchen being closed. Much appreciated, as we’d driven 6 hrs to get there. There was no heating in our bedroom & 3deg temp, & our door was unable to be locked with or without the key. Black hairs on the bathroom wall, dust & cobwebs everywhere, nowhere to sit with a meal, though there was ample room for a small table & chairs, terrible smell from the bathroom drain, doors partly hanging off, over bath shower is unsafe, due to the height to get into it

Our stay was pleasant. We stayed there as we had a private function to attend in Beaudesert...easy drive. Great dinner at tavern nearby and lovely breakfast & good coffee at local cafe. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Would happily stay again.

The area is beautiful, very serene. The resort is a bit run down and old. But it is clean and the staff are lovely. Breakfast was great and the restaurant for breakfast is very pleasant.

Shower entry dangerous. Supposed to be a spare, but no plug, rendering the tub being unsafe for a shower. Being a disabled veteran I found this disconcerting. The room had a smell to it. In the end it was a bed for the night, but far below the standard for the price.
