The room was spotless, spacious and well presented. Reception staff were very welcoming & the room attendant was friendly, professional and thorough. The breakfast was delicious,with plenty of variety to choose from. The outside areas were also well presented. We found the whole experience equal or above what one expects from a top motel in capital cities.

Excellent cleanliness, approachable staff great spread of food for breakfast and plenty of room/space. Will stay here again and no heistation in recommending it to any visitor to Orange or the medical facilities there.

The room was convenient for my husbands surgery. This hotel always delivers; we love the room and the dining room food and service.

A new place has a great room, very close to hospital and even though neighbourhoods are under development, once occupied it would be much better to stay. Only 10min drive to Orange town centre

Room facilities.

Excellent room and facilities. Sharon at reception was very helpful. Breakfast as expected good enough and excellent considering the price. Decent gym too onsite. Only let down was the dinner at the onsite restaurant that was pretty average.

Country hospitality in a modern comfortable setting. Would be back again!

We loved the the oversize rooms and clean spacious bathrooms. The bed and linens were lovely and the staff attentive. The internet and so Netflix was all over the shop, (it kept dropping out), we will blame that on the weather. LOved that we could open the windows and the room had a ceiling fan; we didn't use the A/C at all.

The room and hotel are always good however 1 thing I’ve constantly complained about over the years is the way the breakfast is served and maintained. Nothing has ever changed no matter how many times I complain but the people who run the restaurant have no idea. They don’t keep up with fresh plates, replacing butters, sauces or coffee. Things run out naturally and you are always in a constant battle to ask for new butter or new coffee or whatever. For the prices they’re charging, they really need to look in to training their staff better in monitoring stock and plates levels, and foreseeing where they’re about to run out of. The coffee is the best example of what I’m saying. It’s usually filtered coffee in a large vessel and it runs out fairly quickly. But when it runs out you have to wait 15 mins for them to filter new coffee. And of course they’re so oblivious the coffee has run out when you tell them and you have to wait. I’ve been telling them for years to train their staff to monitor these levels over and over and nothing has ever improved unfortunately.

Clean and kind. Need to update breakfast coffee machine.
