Excellent room and facilities. Sharon at reception was very helpful. Breakfast as expected good enough and excellent considering the price. Decent gym too onsite. Only let down was the dinner at the onsite restaurant that was pretty average.

We loved the the oversize rooms and clean spacious bathrooms. The bed and linens were lovely and the staff attentive.
The internet and so Netflix was all over the shop, (it kept dropping out), we will blame that on the weather.
LOved that we could open the windows and the room had a ceiling fan; we didn't use the A/C at all.

The room and hotel are always good however 1 thing I’ve constantly complained about over the years is the way the breakfast is served and maintained. Nothing has ever changed no matter how many times I complain but the people who run the restaurant have no idea. They don’t keep up with fresh plates, replacing butters, sauces or coffee. Things run out naturally and you are always in a constant battle to ask for new butter or new coffee or whatever. For the prices they’re charging, they really need to look in to training their staff better in monitoring stock and plates levels, and foreseeing where they’re about to run out of. The coffee is the best example of what I’m saying. It’s usually filtered coffee in a large vessel and it runs out fairly quickly. But when it runs out you have to wait 15 mins for them to filter new coffee. And of course they’re so oblivious the coffee has run out when you tell them and you have to wait. I’ve been telling them for years to train their staff to monitor these levels over and over and nothing has ever improved unfortunately.

Our room was both spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was right outside the door. The buffet breakfast offering was delicious and plentiful. All in all a very pleasant stay!

Not at all comfortably restful due to kids running up and down hallways and hallways above us until very late after 2230 Sat and as early as 0700 Sun.
Suggest when sporting clubs book in, they are housed together and adults of these children are requested to be mindful of other guests.
I did not see a children’s area or playground in or outside for them to use their energy.

Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay in a well thought out room. The amenity is terrific and the staff super friendly and helpful. Upon checking in we were offered a free welcome drink at the bar and 10% off dining in their restaurant. We enjoyed both.
