처음체크인시 카운터담당인 나이드신아주머니분이 우리가 분명 훼밀리룸 2실을예약했는데 오직한객실 위아래라고 우겨서 확인하려고 우선 입실하고 식사부터하고 기다리던중 남자분의 와서 미안하다고 다른객실키를 주고가더군요 좀 황당했지만 넓은객실 여유롭고 써서 좋았습니다 피크철이라 좀비쌌지만 해변과 가까워 걸어다닐만했습니다.

Finding the location by GPS was difficult but the Duplex was gorgeous!

너무 좋았습니다. 환상적인 숙소입니다. 추천합니다. 한가지 부족한 점은 와이파이 연결 상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 그정도는 얼마든지 이해되어 집니다. ^^

It was easy location for what we needed thanks

The one bedroom unit was in good condition and had an attached garage. There were enough kitchen facilities to make simple meals.

Room stank on entry, like it had been flooded, a mouldy smell. You could only ventilate the room by leaving the front door or garage door open, free for all to walk in. The toilet rim was dirty. The shower was mouldy. You bang your head every time you use the "kitchen" sink. Furniture and cabinetry was cheap. Only one knife fork and spoon per guest, 3 sachets of washing up liquid meant we had to wash up in plain water. The wifi was appalling. Dust on all the skirting boards. The lounge was so unappealing we had to cover it in towels before sitting on it. The only good thing, the bed was clean and comfortable.

Excellent. Quiet, clean room, helpful staff.

Basic accommodation in the center of Port Fairy which met all our day to day needs.

Staff were great. Accommodation in the middle of town so could walk everywhere. It was also good to have undercover locked parking for car. Room needed a good spring clean. Skirting boards dirty. Shower and door in need of a good scrub.

Hotel maintenance had to come and fix a smelly blocked drain. Restrictions on aircon use due to placement of external unit. I’m older so I like a top sheet not just a bed cover. It was clean and certainly a great location.

One bedroom apartment, small but workable. The noise from the larger apartments upstairs is terrible and the noise when they come down stairs is extremely loud. Some children were playing on the stairs so the noise was ongoing for the last two nights. Told that the one bedroom apartments were serviced daily but told by staff they were only serviced once a week, we had to find staff to get fresh towels every two days. The bed was comfortable and the siting area was fine. The door windows needed washing as many hand prints, the carpet needs a good steam clean. The garage door in 15 doesn’t open unless you get out of the car and close to the door to open it. The staff were lovely and the young lass that helped us with fresh towels every two days was bright cheerful and welcoming. I would stay again but would bring other family members and get an upstairs apartment.

The apartment was nice and comfortable. We did have some issues checking in and we were there at 5:30pm and the posted hours for closing was 6pm. Had to contact the staff on the intercom and it kept cutting out which made it hard to understand the code to get the keys for the room. We also scanned the code in the room to get the Wi-Fi password and it took us to the website, which gave us the wrong code. Again, had to go to the front of the office and get on the intercom phone to get the proper Wi-Fi code. Additionally, we were supposed to have water and milk, which were not in the fridge…

Great stopover for two couples which would also have worked for a longer stay. Lockup garage was a bonus.

Lovely apartments.

I would not recommend this small accommodation unit. It does not match the online images or descriptions. Specifically we noticed : Broken blind in lounge area, could not be raised at all.Impossible to wind up. Small bar fridge was broken at top outside; and inside had broken or missing shelves/ compartments. Kitchenette had only very small saucepan, not big enough to cook pasta etc. Bathroom only supplied 1 small shampoo and conditioner, not enough for 2 people staying for 2 days, mean! The noise from the upstairs aircon unit outside our bedroom window meant we could not sleep with the bedroom window open for fresh air. NB: the upstairs aircon unit being placed downstairs outside the bedroom was not indicated or shown online before booking.

Room was not very soundproof and a lot of noise could be heard from the apartment above
