Lovely apartments.

I would not recommend this small accommodation unit. It does not match the online images or descriptions. Specifically we noticed : Broken blind in lounge area, could not be raised at all.Impossible to wind up. Small bar fridge was broken at top outside; and inside had broken or missing shelves/ compartments. Kitchenette had only very small saucepan, not big enough to cook pasta etc. Bathroom only supplied 1 small shampoo and conditioner, not enough for 2 people staying for 2 days, mean! The noise from the upstairs aircon unit outside our bedroom window meant we could not sleep with the bedroom window open for fresh air. NB: the upstairs aircon unit being placed downstairs outside the bedroom was not indicated or shown online before booking.

Room was not very soundproof and a lot of noise could be heard from the apartment above

Good sized apartment, very clean, large living area, bathroom & kitchen, & well-appointed kitchen. Great location to the main part of town - walking distance to shops & restaurants

C'est l'appartement le mieux équipé que j'ai pu voir en deux mois de voyage à travers l'Australie. Cuisine avec plaques, four et micro-ondes et de la vaisselle pour le four comme pour le micro-ondes. Le salon est grand et lumineux. Il y a aussi deux chambres, une terrasse et un placard buanderie (lave linge et sèche linge) Et un garage privatif pour les 2 appartements du lot. Seul détail contraignant il m'a fallu arriver avant 17h00 le samedi si je voulais rencontrer une réceptionniste.

Great little apartment with everything you need. Good dining options across the road. I liked the private garage for each apartment.

Poor experience - Heating did not operate and the temp outside was around 3 degrees so family was very cold overnight. Raised the following day, where staff seemed to be aware of issue and we were swapped rooms. It did not live up to the price paid for the property so was a disappointing experience. No contact from owner, and a very minor discount was applied, however should really have been a refund.

We, husband and I, have stayed at the Victoria Appartments several times. We find them very comfortable, well maintained, and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Issues with heater not working in room and in the middle of winter Wes very cold also advised electric blankets should be supplied so guests could stay warm
