The property and the rooms are lovely. You are in the middle of a neighbourhood which is a nice change from being in a downtown area. There isn’t much around but it’s close enough to drive to what you need.

I arrived late in the evening from the Gold Coast to Cairns, feeling tired after a long travel day. But the warm welcome I received made all the difference. The male staff member not only contacted me in advance but also opened the gate and greeted me with such kindness and professionalism — better than most 5-star hotel receptions I’ve experienced.
The room was spotless — so clean and well-maintained that I almost felt it was too good to enjoy alone. The cleanliness was truly top-tier, everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was in near-new condition, perfectly organised, and stocked with care.
The next morning, the female staff member kindly helped me book a tour, which turned out to be a fantastic experience. I was also offered a welcome coffee, which was a lovely personal touch that added to the comfort of my stay.
Although the location is a bit far from central Cairns, it turned out to be a perfect base for visiting Trinity Beach, Palm Cove, and even the crocodile farm — far better positioned for those trips than staying in the city centre.

The apartment was great, close to the pool and having the alfresco was nice. Parking was easy and the staff were lovely!
Only thing that was lacking was the beds weren’t very comfortable but this is personal preference so hard to keep everyone happy in a large accommodation.

First time staying here. The property is new but our room smelled funny whenever we came back after it being shut up for the day. The towels also really smelt after four days of being damp, wasn’t sure if we could ask for others. Bed was comfy but the pillows weren’t great (I’m quite fussy though). Pool area was lovely, it was a nice quiet location. You definitely need a car. They also need to mark out the car parks spaces better, nobody seemed to be able to park straight when we were there so ended up having to park in the staff car park one time.

This place is fantastic & reasonably priced. Not on a beach but so close to many as well as Cairns, Skyrail, Cattana Wetlands, etc. with Atherton Tablelands & the Daintree not too far away. The staff are delightful. Don’t be put off by the 2 story buildings as they have lifts. There are big plans to expand so hope it will retain it’s vibe.

We have stayed in a one bedroom apartment though out our stay in Cairns. The whole place was as good as new. All the staff were very helpful. If you are at the corridor at level 2, you will be able to see some kangaroos in the mornings and evenings.
Linking Netflix to the TV is a breeze and it will automatically logout once the TV is turned off. Other than WiFi, there is also a land line that can be used to call local numbers only.
