I arrived late in the evening from the Gold Coast to Cairns, feeling tired after a long travel day. But the warm welcome I received made all the difference. The male staff member not only contacted me in advance but also opened the gate and greeted me with such kindness and professionalism — better than most 5-star hotel receptions I’ve experienced. The room was spotless — so clean and well-maintained that I almost felt it was too good to enjoy alone. The cleanliness was truly top-tier, everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was in near-new condition, perfectly organised, and stocked with care. The next morning, the female staff member kindly helped me book a tour, which turned out to be a fantastic experience. I was also offered a welcome coffee, which was a lovely personal touch that added to the comfort of my stay. Although the location is a bit far from central Cairns, it turned out to be a perfect base for visiting Trinity Beach, Palm Cove, and even the crocodile farm — far better positioned for those trips than staying in the city centre.

Large three bedroom two bath apartment that looked new. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. Downtown Cairns a 20 minute drive. Palm Cove about 10 minutes. Great place to stay.

Apartment was very modern, tidy and in a quiet, tranquil area that is close to the beach and Smithfield shops, while being less than 20 mins from the CBD. It was well equipped with a dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer. The complex is secure, had sufficient parking, a good pool and outdoor area, and good views of the nature reserve behind the complex (which had kangaroos and wallabys). Staff were polite and attentive, and there to help when needed. The reception has a cafe and nice sitting area too.

Can not fault this property. Everything was beautiful, clean and the staff were amazing. We stayed 4 nights and only needed to get extra milk and sugar which was no issue at all. It was close to everything but a good enough distance away from the main beach area that it felt like you were in the suburbs. Accessing the property and parking was easy. Once again, the staff were welcoming and very helpful.

We had an amazing stay, very clean and modern space The area was lovely and quiet. We had a car and it was a quick drive to Palm Cove & Trinity Beach. Staff were very attentive. We especially loved the bbq!

It is a lovely place to stay. There is not a lot around so ensure you stay prepared for that .

Everything at the resort was exceptional! I would stay there again. Only thing i would suggest is that of you dont have a car.... it can be difficult to get into Cairns as its about a 15-20min drive.. trying to get a uber or cab can be challenging.

We stayed at Trinity Collective for six days. We arrived quite late on Monday afternoon, but the staff who welcomed us were very friendly and accommodating. The place was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The surroundings were peaceful, and the ambience was just perfect. I also loved having my little kangaroo friend around; it was always in sight and kept me entertained throughout our stay.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay, about 20 minutes drive to down town, secure free parking. I recommend this place.

The property and the rooms are lovely. You are in the middle of a neighbourhood which is a nice change from being in a downtown area. There isn’t much around but it’s close enough to drive to what you need.

This was the most comfy stay I’ve had in quite sometime. The space of the apartment style accomodation was perfect. The only downside is dining options are accessible only by car.
