매우만족스러웠습니다. 다만 바 직원들은 좀 별로네요.

입구부터 찾기 어려우며 주차장편의및 직원분들 친절도가 상당히 낮다.방 컨디션도 별로 슬리퍼며 가운이며 아무것도 없다.청소상태는 먼지가 많다

가족여행으로 좋은 숙소였습니다. 위치는 도보여행에 딱 맞았고 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 다만 차를 가지고온 경우 주차장이 좀 멀리 떨어져 있던 점이 좀 아쉽습니다.

가격에비해 별로였음

방이 넓지는 않지만 리모델링한지 얼마안된듯 화장실이며 방이 깨끗합니다 조식은 대대대만족!! 깔끔!!!

Excellent service from a lady with blond hair at reception with perfect infomation on events and attractions. Loved the city and enjoyed staying. Parking is located at different location but had no issue.

Amazing service and staff and amazing stay

We were 12 days in Europe and stayed in 4 different hotels including the W in Budapest, which was gorgeous. This was by far my favorite! I believe they gave us an upgrade to the fourth floor suite facing the beautiful street below. The front desk staff were fantastic, and the hotel was unique, cozy, and beautiful.

Amazing location. Well taken care of hotel right in the heart of everything. The restaurant was fabulous including the breakfast.

We traveled Europe for 7 weeks and this was, by far, the best hotel with the best and classiest staff we experienced! I wish I could remember everyone's names, because I want to thank each and everyone of them! Thank you!!!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. A very nice boutique hotel with great access to the old town. As expected with this type of hotels, there is no onsite parking, but fortunately, the parking garage is just across the street (literally 1 minute walk). Because the bar was closed on Sunday, received beverage credit on Monday breakfast for a premium order (got egg benedict). Overally, really liked the stay and would repeat.

Great hotel bar with srylish clientele. Courtious staff kept lugguage for much of the day.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and assisted us with almost everything we needed while staying in Salzburg. We will stay again!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Maximilian checked us in and out and helped us with our luggage. We really appreciated that as we were in a city suite which required moving luggage up and down steps. We loved the vibe of the hotel and the historic aspect of it as well. It was in a great location in Old Town. We also loved the breakfast and the bar. Our bartender and server, Allie (not sure of spelling) was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was included in our stay and a perfect way to start the day. We would stay at Arthotel Blau Gans again and would highly recommend staying there to anyone traveling to Salzburg.

Stunning hotel, excellent staff, centrally located.

The taxi let us in on the street side far from the reception area. We had to lug our bags up two small stairs. There were stairs in our third floor hallway too. There were also steps down to the toilet room and the shower room which were a tripping hazard. Asked for extra pillows because they were very soft and we sank right through. Had to ask the next day. Also asked to turn out small light on room divider. The desk person gave me instructions and they didn't work. Never got to eat in the restaurant. They were on vacation and then the hours were unpredictable. Not open on Sunday. I found the "art" to be weird especially the mouse traps. On the plus side, the room was spacious with a couch and everything was clean and furnishings were new and woodwork was very attractive. The breakfast was excellent.
