리셉션 직원분 매우 친절하셨고, 숙소 상태 방과 욕실 모두 깨끗했습니다. 아침 조식도 휼륭했어요. 기차역과 시내 관광을 위해 최적의 장소, 모두 걸어갈 수 있었어요. 감사합니다.

친절한 직원, 유명관광지에 접근성 용이함, 시설 만족함

Check in lief super und problemlos, empfangspersonal sehr freundlich. Zimmer relativ klein, hinter der Tür stand ein Tisch - man konnte die Tür nicht ganz öffnen. Der Boden war schmutzig im Zimmer. Die Straße die an unser Zimmer angrenzte war leider sehr sehr laut nachts. Das Frühstück war aus unserer Sicht minderwertig und nicht schön präsentiert. Vielleicht lag es am Zeitpunkt unserer Reise aber für uns passte Preis Leistung nicht zusammen.

We loved our stay! Hotel is very charming and well appointed. The staff was very more knowledgeable about the city and activities. We could’ve stayed there for much longer and enjoyed every benefit. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and mountable. In the location of the hotel is ideal and proximity to the nut, museums, Palace, and public transport. We just left this hotel!

Superb rooms, amazing location. Staff were super helpful and very welcoming. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay. The roof terrace is a must

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frügstück mittelmäßig. Keine gekochten Eier und Spiegeleier nur auf Anfrage. Hat dann lange gedauert, so dass man schon fertig war mit ftühstück. Zimmer waren einfach eingerichtet

The staff is super friendly and helpful. But the kettle in the room was leaking all over the place.

We stayed over Christmas. Great room with a great view. The staff were all super friendly and even hand delivered Christmas greetings with a present. ❤️🎄 This hotel is super central, with a lovely bar on the ground floor and a roof with a great view (no bar on the roof though). When we arrived they gave us a local travel card for free. Can’t recommend it enough.

Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Room was superb (suite) with real log fire. Would stay again. Good breakfast and plenty options close by for alternatives to eat and good location near city centre and train station. Easy bus journey to and from airport.

Das Hotel ist eine Zumutung. 6 Tage lang keine frische Bettwäsche. Keine Reinigung. Unverschämt, dass so ein Hotel überhaupt angeboten wird zu dem Preis. Maximal 1 Stern!!!

Das Hotel passt für uns super. Das Zimmer war top mit einer schöner Aussicht auf die Nordkettenalpen. Das Frühstück ist auch super lecker und vielfältig. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen immer wieder gern.

I was astonished at the lack of cleaning in the room. The duvet covers weren’t changed. The bins weren’t emptied once in 5 days, bathroom surfaces weren’t wiped and neither were the sinks. Literally the duvet was folded in half, pillows plumped and towels replaced only if we’d put them in the bath. A couch blanket had fallen off and it was just left in a crumpled in a heap on the floor the whole time. Definitely no vacuuming took place either. Unexpected and unexplained. We ordered an airport taxi the night prior to departure to ensure efficiency, double-checked in the morning prior to breakfast , and needless to say it hadn’t been ordered, so a call was placed whilst I stood there! I enquired about coffee and snacks during the day as was told “ no, not here, you have to go outside” no offer of local information or guidance. The breakfast was fab as was the room it was served in. Good location in the old town, most staff were pleasant, but several were somewhat surly and customer service was lacking. Shame really as it’s a quaint place with character.
