리셉션 직원분 매우 친절하셨고, 숙소 상태 방과 욕실 모두 깨끗했습니다. 아침 조식도 휼륭했어요. 기차역과 시내 관광을 위해 최적의 장소, 모두 걸어갈 수 있었어요. 감사합니다.

Centrally located with a great view of the Alps. The rooms were spotless and the staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Väldigt bra hotell. Fint rum. Skön säng. God frukost. Fantastiskt med bastu i spaavdelningen. Väldigt trevlig och serviceminded personal. Vi var så nöjda med hotellet.

Location is very good. Reception staff were very efficient and excellent at their work. Breakfast was delicious with many options available. The room was very nice as well!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und gut. Leider ist da Hotel an einer lauten Straße gelegen und man muss mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Die öffentliche Garage direkt nebenan kostet 20 Euro/24h.

Room we had was great and so was the staff. We had nice mountain facing view. Breakfast was great too.

Room comfortable, decor is a bit faded vs the photos shown on the app. Sauna is only available after 4pm which isn’t flexible if you want to take advantage of it after a morning training. My main disappointment: when you opt for ‘book and pay later’, the hotel pays itself immediately instead of on the day of arrival or departure. This should not be permitted.

Our room was compact but well-appointed. We loved the small balcony and sitting area with couch. The room was on the small side but very functional. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel which was very convenient.

No complaints here, staff and facilities were amazing. Only regret was we could only stay one night! Next time in Innsbruck, we have your place to stay!!
