Not kind, not good place and not good price

바가지 썼습니다. 이틀 묵고 하루 연장하는데, 다른 사람들 예약한 값의 1/3정도 더 지불한듯. 매우 불쾌했습니다. 물론 미리 확인하고 숙박하지않은 탓도 있지만, 체크아웃하는데, 하루하루 숙박비가 적힌 인보이스를 보고 눈을 의심..호텔스닷컴 예약내역이랑 직접 연장한 내역 숙박비가 너무 차이나 눈뜨고 당한 느낌이었습니다. 주의하세요. 호구됩니다.

Nice stay

Beautiful hotel with welcoming friendly staff. The hotel has historical interests and displays many antiques of the time throughout. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was self service with plenty of selections available. The hotel is placed really well for all that beautiful Vienna has to offer.

Our two-night stay was truly rewarding ...with a well-appointed and spacious room ( 389) , a warm and efficient service from all members of the team , at reception , from the porter, at the bar and at the breakfast room which offers a truly great buffet.Hotel is served by tram line nr 2 which brings you to all main touristic spots but you can easily walk too the bar and restaurant area within 10 mins.We'll definitely be back.

Hotel Stefanie proved to be an excellent choice for our group of 8 friends visiting Vienna. It was much bigger than expected yet felt really cosy. Every member of staff seem to go above and beyond to help their guests from giving advice on which transport is best for the area you want to visit, restaurant reservations and the bar which served an excellent choice of wines at the end of a long day. The barman had a great sense of humour and coped with our group of 7 women and 1 man admirably - always with a smile on his face. The rooms were perfect and had everything we needed, they were warm, spotless and cosy. The breakfast buffet was the best I'd ever experienced anywhere. We will definitely return again but for longer than 3 days next time.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. The whole hotel was perfect in location for our trip.

Beautiful hotel with breakfast to die for! Stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were very friendly, and zladko in the bar was very welcoming. Thoroughly recommend “the oldest hotel in Vienna.

Tämä Wienin vanhin hotelli huokui vanhaa tyylikästä keisarin aikaa. Sisustus kaikkialla tyylikkäitä vanhoja huonekaluja ja esineitä. Aamiainen erinomainen ja henkilökunta ystävällinen..Tätä hotellia voi suositella vaativallekin hotellivieraalle.

Beautiful Hotel!!! The hotel is full of history and decorated beautifully. Excellent service all around. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. In a beautiful room and with lots of delicious food. HUGE variety offered. Location was convenient. We walked a lot, but we also had the convenience of a metro station very close.

Old style hotel, spacious room, very competent staff. Location is across the Danube channel but easy walk and great access to public transportation.
