The hotel was really good. Staff was kind and nice, breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Hotel!!! The hotel is full of history and decorated beautifully. Excellent service all around. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. In a beautiful room and with lots of delicious food. HUGE variety offered. Location was convenient. We walked a lot, but we also had the convenience of a metro station very close.

Old style hotel, spacious room, very competent staff. Location is across the Danube channel but easy walk and great access to public transportation.

The hair dryer did not work.

Breakfast was the worst I've had in Austria, nothing was well prepared. Brown fruit, dry breads, powdered eggs. Room was stuffy and hot even with air conditioning and this was mid October so I can't imagine how bad it would be in the summer. The bed was awful, there was some sort of topper on the mattress that didn't really fit and kept falling off, it was lumpy and really uncomfortable. Also, the soap in the bathrooms was grotesque, it made me feel sick to smell it.

Old hotel with a lot of character. Air conditioning was wonderful in late August. Enjoyed the convenience of having a mini bar in the room with reasonable prices. Breakfast was great. Only a few minutes walk from public transport, various dining options, and ice cream shops. Fun tip...If you do the Hop On/Hop Off bus to tour the city, there are two stops very nearby. That was very convenient, and I used it as my public transportation for two days. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The most beautiful hotel! Everyone at this hotel was so friendly and welcoming! Loved it here - felt very safe and easily walkable to the main sites in Vienna. Also this was the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had.

Uitstekend hotel,

The restaurant required a reservation for dinner the night I arrived after overnight flight. The bar has a small menu and there was a delicious soup. The breakfast was outstanding.

トラムの停留所がすぐ近くなので、トラムを乗りこなせたら便利。すぐ近くにスーパーとコスメ販売店有り。ホテルの朝食は美味しい。内装もアンティークで素敵だし水周りも清潔、また泊まりたい。
