바가지 썼습니다. 이틀 묵고 하루 연장하는데, 다른 사람들 예약한 값의 1/3정도 더 지불한듯. 매우 불쾌했습니다. 물론 미리 확인하고 숙박하지않은 탓도 있지만, 체크아웃하는데, 하루하루 숙박비가 적힌 인보이스를 보고 눈을 의심..호텔스닷컴 예약내역이랑 직접 연장한 내역 숙박비가 너무 차이나 눈뜨고 당한 느낌이었습니다. 주의하세요. 호구됩니다.

The hotel was really good. Staff was kind and nice, breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Room was nice, and breakfast was fine. But had a very unpleasant memory at the end. When we came back to the hotel, we found out that the room was not locked with windows wide open. We asked the front desk to check, and they promised to get back to me after talking to the manager. However, they said nothing - we asked twice, at night and next morning - and just murmured it must be room cleaning staff who forgot to close the door at the end when checking out. We felt very unsafe while sleeping, and could not hear anything but simple sorry. Made all the good memories in Vienna bad.

3대, 6명이 함께한 가족 여행에서 모두가 만족했던 좋은 숙소... 20제곱의 방 크기가 세명씩 묵기에 충분히 넓고 소파베드도 편안해서 다시 빈에 간다면 예약할 리스트에 있는 숙소.

Our stay at hotel Stefanie has been wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection. The room was clean, had a good size and comfy beds. Really moved by the birthday surprise the staff left in our room. Greatly appreciated! The hotel was a short walk from the city center and not to far away from the airport. Would highly recommend this hotel and gladly stay there again! /Victoria and Robert

Hotelli edustaa kaikkia yksityiskohtia ja palvelukulttuuria myöten klassista Weiniläistä tyyliä. Selvästi suuntautunut lähinnä vanhemmille pariskunnille ja liikematkailijoille, lapsia ei hotellissa näkynyt. Sijainti rauhallisella alueella, ratikalla pääsee hotellin vierestä suoraan keskustaan.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Personal sehr freundlich. Alles sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Very cool hotel, historical but very comfortable. I will definitely stay here on future Vienna trips. Breakfast was outstanding and bed was incredible.

Un hotel in cui si respira la storia.La nostra camera molto graziosa e silenziosa perché affacciava sul cortile interno.Il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile,parla anche italiano.Posizione a meno di 10 minuti dal centro e vicinissimo al tram.Colazione straordinaria ,soprattutto la parte salata.Davvero consigliato,siamo stati benissimo e ci siamo sentiti coccolati,ah dimenticavo le camere calde e pulitissime.

Wonderful, old-fashioned hotel in central-enough location to be able to walk to most of key sights within 20-25 mins. Around 30 mins to Secession, 20 to the Hofburg, 10-15 to St Stephens - so all very close. Fantastic breakfast with great variety of hot and cold food - excellent to set you up for a day's sightseeing. Clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds (good range of pillows to choose from and nice firm mattresses) and including seating / TV area (we stayed in the superior double). We were on the 4th Floor so nice and quiet too, even with windows open at night. Pleasant and courteous staff, always willing to help. Wonderful surprise of bottle of bubbly and cake left in our room on my birthday! Overall, fantastic place to spend our 20th anniversary - would come again in a heartbeat :)

Nice old fashioned Hotel with good service, clean and quiet.

Close to metro. Not much around immediate area though. Room was hot.

Ein tolles Hotel. Sehr gute Lage. Man kann den ganzen Stadtkern zu Fuß erreichen. Sehr kompetentes, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Die „Alt-Wiener-Schmankerl-Reise“ eine sehr leckere Veranstaltung. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber das ist auch dem Alter des Hauses geschuldet. Alles sehr gut und dauerhaft renoviert.
