There is no cool bar with wonderful views. We compared the hotel to staying in a youth hostel for frat boys wanting to crash and ski. We were on the third floor, no elevator, no checkin person. We had to call some mgr to figure out how to get our key. I don't know where that cool picture was taken, we never found it, but this hotel doesn't have it. Fake advertising!! We left early and ate our last night.

Check-in emails were confusing, and actual check-in details (pin number for room key) only arrived just before 5pm. We were extremely lucky there was a helpful cleaner on site, who helped make contact with the management to get access to the key. All emails say that they are available 24/7 for questions, but virtual support agents were very slow to respond.

Da Zimmer an sich war wirklich schön und sauber, leider war die Matratze so durchgelegen, dass man nicht schlafen konnte und da es keine besetzte Rezeption gab sonder nur einen Online Service und auf unsere Anfrage auch nicht geantwortet wurde gibt es leider nur zwei Sterne sonst hätte es fünf gegeben. Ich lege dem Hotelbesitzer wirklich nahe in neue Matratzen zu investieren.

Great stay

The room was great, had everything we needed and was very clean!

It is located nearby main train stations and amenities. Grocery stores and shopping area as weĺl as restaurants are nearby within walkable distance. The room was big and spacious for 5 guests that I booked. It was also new and clean too. Checking in and out via online was very simlple and easy. I was given a free welcome plus card for more than 2 nights stay. The card was given only a day before I check in. There were many benefits to the card which include transportation, places of visit to name a few. It will be good if the welcome card can be made available upon confirmation of my booking so that I can enjoyed the discount on the Nordkette cable car which I had purchase online earlier after my booking was confirmed some month back. Overall my family enjoyed our stay.

Clean room, plenty space, and very easy check-in and check out. Nice neighborhood and very close to the Main Street and the train station. Highly recommended.

Top of bed 12” off floor. Two steps/ levels in small room. No elevator. Would not recommend.

Clean and spacious room. Quiet neighbourhood. A small Xmas market is right next to Urban Inn! Near to train station. Easy to walk to the Old Town.

We never saw any staff, nor did we need any staff. The room was great, the view was awesome Loved this place and would definitely recommend it. 2 grandkids, 9 and 13, sat up in the window cubbies and loved it

Location and the size of the room. Everything else was just normal.

We enjoyed our stay at Urban Inn. The unit was well-stocked, clean, had ample storage, plenty of seating, and was in a good location. The water pressure was strong. Self-check-in was flawless. We were delighted to have baggage storage to use prior to check-in. NOTES: The bed frame sits on the floor; it may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke comes in from the cafe on the ground floor, even with the windows closed. We weren't bothered too much by it, but some people could have issues with it.

Camera ok, pulita, ampia finestra, bella ma che guarda in un cortile. Ottima posizione, punto di partenza per le principali comodità ( centro, stazione, fermata flixbus etc.)

Urban Inn is an absolutely funky little gem in an old, refurbished building that I discovered by chance. The communication from management was excellent & self check-in process was easy. We were lucky to arrive at lunchtime to find our room ready for us earlier than the standard check-in time. The studio is spacious & comfortable with cute vintage furnishings. The beds are comfortable & everything was scrupulously clean. The kitchenette is small but useful & well equipped. The bathroom is compact but cute & the shower is bigger than most that we've had in Europe. Lots of homely touches. Love that sustainability is considered. Note there is no elevator, but the staff helped us up the spiral staircase with our luggage. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Ótimo local para se hospedar em Innsbruck. Fica a uma curta caminhada até o centro histórico, com varias lojas e comércio ao redor do apartamento. Check-in facil, com instruções enviadas por email. Limpeza adequada e bom quarto!

La habitación es correcta y estaba limpia. El edificio está muy cerquita del centro y en un barrio muy chulo. La pena fueron las vistas, daban a un patio interior y a sus cubos de basura.
