여러분, 주페어에 4성급 중 이만한 가격에 이렇게 깨끗한 호텔 찾기 힘듭니다. 나이트클럽도 없어서 늦은시간까지 수면 방해받는 호텔도 아니구요. 짐도 케이블스테이션이 있어서 꽤나 굿입니다. 상황에 따라 다르겠지만 늦은 체크아웃(오후1시)도 가능합니다. I strongly recommend this hotel. It is not easy to find out the 4 stars hotel like this one in Juffair area on the reasonable price. There is no night club like others so you can sleep without any disturbance due to the noise and vibration. The gym has a good cable station. The late check-out is possible to 1PM(it might depend).

Lovely hotel in the heart of Juffair area. Overall, very pleased with the location, service, check in and check out experience, room service and restaurant facilities. The room was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d happily go back to this hotel and recommend it for those who want a hotel that is close to most sights and nightlife. Great value for money

La chambre est propre, le personnel très courtois. Cependant, c'est un hôtel avec des bars et un club, on y entend de la musique jusqu'à 02h30 AM.

Chambre impeccable, personnel affable et courtois. La salle à manger proposait un buffet varié et complet pour le déjeuner. Seul inconvénient était le bruit nocturne provenant du bar de l'hôtel et probablement aussi de celui de l'hôtel en face. Je crois que l'insonorisation des fenêtres est insuffisante.

very confortable, nicely priced. However the fact that there are som 5 bars/nightclubs in the Hotel makes it very noisy on the weekends, and attracks some undesirables...

Room was super clean and bed comfy. Staff was great. I would of given it 5 stars but there lounges were in full swing until 2 am with the walls vibrating from the music. If you want action, this hotel has it. If you want a quiet night curled up with a book - not so much.

The staff is rude and condescending.

Likes The room was nice and clean. The initial man at reception was incredibly nice and helpful (he wore a suit and glasses, I didn't get his name). The room service and cleaning staff were nice as well. It seemed convenient to a mall within walking distance. Dislikes The one lady I interacted with at reception was unfriendly and kept interrupting me while I asked her questions. I found her as unfriendly while I was checking out my room this morning. Another man at reception waited on me and he was as unfriendly as the lady. I wasn't that impressed with the room service menu. They didn't have some of the foods I ordered. It would have been nice to know there were two clubs in the hotel that allow smoking before I booked the room. I could smell the smoke in my room.

I had another enjoyable stay for the fifth time. I never have any issues when I stay at The Arch. Room service is on time and they are always cleaning. I recently spent 4 days there and every morning I go to the gym, they are on the 4th-floor cleaning at 7am.

Very noisy hotel with lot of clubs in the building. Even 10th floor was very noisy

Good stay, with all the entertainment in-house and within walking distance.
