This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered. I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40. I have been traveling all over the world for the last 40 years and never experienced this before. I am requesting a full refund for this reservation and I ask that the Melbourne Apartments property be taken off of your app as an option.

It is fine for a couple of nights Cheap and cheerful!

Overall it was okay. Breakfast would have been excellent

The pictures displayed on your site, is nothing at all what I experienced. Very disappointing. Only good thing is, the attendant was pleasant and accommodating.

Terrible ! Terrible ! Terrible ! This institution should be placed under strict health quarantine. The staff were rude and complacent. The rooms were in a deplorable state and terrible smelling. When asked for a refund, a dispute erupted into a heated argument causing my reinstatement at a different hotel. I would not recommend you stay here. The rooms are not what are displayed on Expedia and nothing is decent for living.

First off I booked a room wasn’t the room I got... my name wasn’t on the reservation.. charge extra. The condition of the building is terrible the pictures in person are not the picture on the internet I am sooo very very disappointed !!!

Bad condition of the property. Poor cleanliness and noisiness.

Very friendly and helpful staff and management. They arranged a reliable driver who was very prompt in picking at 3,30am in the morning

i dont understand the cost the page said one price 62.35 dollars and after they charged me by card nearly 70 pounds and i had the money to pay them there

the location is great for transportation and best of all my favorite the hot spot beach massage.

Everything was quite comfortable and clean. Wonderful Hosts.

I dont expect much when travelling and staying in apartments but i was in total shock at the condition of the room... not forgetting the reception office.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I arrived a little late in the evening but at reception I was able to purchase some supplies e.g drinks. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and the bedroom room area was spacious. I have no complaints. In addition a supermarket and coffee shop about 5 minutes walk and it isn't far from downtown.

We enjoyed our stay completely. The size of the apartment was just what we were looking for.

Not what is shown on the Expedia page. The condition of the hotel and room is not what I have expected.

I booked this room, and wasted the money. I couldn't stay in this place. The place looked like a house where women sold themselves. I stayed in this place for maybe 15mins. The internet wouldn't work. I needed internet for my work. That was the only reason I was in Barbados. I had to find another hotel. Thanks alot Hotels.com (A refund will be nice)

The hotel was old looking and it didn't really inspire comfort. OK for one night but I wouldn't have stayed longer.
