This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered.
I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40.
I have been traveling all over the world for the last 40 years and never experienced this before. I am requesting a full refund for this reservation and I ask that the Melbourne Apartments property be taken off of your app as an option.

Terrible ! Terrible ! Terrible !
This institution should be placed under strict health quarantine.
The staff were rude and complacent. The rooms were in a deplorable state and terrible smelling.
When asked for a refund, a dispute erupted into a heated argument causing my reinstatement at a different hotel. I would not recommend you stay here. The rooms are not what are displayed on Expedia and nothing is decent for living.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I arrived a little late in the evening but at reception I was able to purchase some supplies e.g drinks. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and the bedroom room area was spacious. I have no complaints.
In addition a supermarket and coffee shop about 5 minutes walk and it isn't far from downtown.

I booked this room, and wasted the money. I couldn't stay in this place. The place looked like a house where women sold themselves. I stayed in this place for maybe 15mins.
The internet wouldn't work. I needed internet for my work. That was the only reason I was in Barbados. I had to find another hotel. Thanks alot Hotels.com (A refund will be nice)
