Room was clean nice size suite with a balcony overlooking the bay. Loved it! Staff friendly and helpful. It was noisy but I expected that so no big deal. My daughter loved all the nightlife options.

Stay here for a girls trip. The staff was excellent here! The location of the hotel was wonderful, right in the heart of the gap. Many walkable restaurants and bars. Our room was clean, spacious, and we loved our balcony view! Would definitely stay here again!

Reception staff is great very helpful and attentive. Everyone is really friendly. Room exceeded my expectations with the cleanliness and so spacious. Loved the kitchenette. Great sea view as well. Would definitely recommend and will be back!!!

Very nice place…clean,comfortable,close to transportation,close to dining,a few feet off the main road,all rooms face the ocean/sea…very nice view from second,third and fourth floors…first floor ocean view is a bit obstructed by the flowering shrubs in the nice garden but this is not an issue especially if you don’t want to walk up stairs( four floors and no elevator).
I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone…
The staff is very helpful and quick to respond to any enquiries…

Property is small but welcoming. Staff were amazingly kind and supportive. Offered discounts on hotel dining and drinks.
Cleanliness of sheets and furniture could’ve been better upon arrival. But if you call staff will support.

The hotel staff is exceptional, attentive and friendly. The hotel is well maintained and relaxing. They are many options for dining in the area including the hotel's restaurant. There is also a well known active night life nearby. From the hotel there is an excellent view of the sea with nice beaches a short distance away. In June during our visit there was an abundance of the sargassum sea weed, which at times, produced a strong odor. Thankfully, we were told it only occur a few months in the summer.

Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent location. My only wish is for on-site laundry, but that’s a minor inconvenience (I just don’t like going back “home” with dirty laundry). Some folks complain about the lack of an elevator, if I’m honest most of us could do with the extra steps given the amount of food and drink that one can consume on the island. I appreciate the workout! 😊
