Only stayed briefly overnight. Had dinner in the Indian restaurant opposite, which doesn't look great but food and service very good. Room modern and basic but had everything we needed - comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

The bar next to the reception is open 24 hours and you can enjoy Belgian beers at any time.

L'HôtelIbis Chatellain est absolument à recommander dans cette catégorie. Propre et soigné, sanitaires modernes, buffet petit déjeuner avec vrai jus frais, spacieux et bel espace petit déjeuner avec vue sur grand jardin avec verdure. Seul point faible: l'uniforme très vieux et peu soigné de toute l'équipe d'accueil!

I was here for only 2 nights so it was perfect. 1. The lobby is clean and inviting, check in was fast and reception staff are kind and helpful. 2. On my first night, the toilet flush wasn’t functioning and the water kept running. The receptionist immediately came over and fixed it. She must have been an engineer in her past life as she knew exactly what to do! I didn’t get her name (short hair and glasses), she was excellent. 3. The location is close to good restaurants (Green Burger, Feta, Kafei and Poh Thai) and a Carrefour express and also walkable to other neighborhoods. 4. The bed was very comfortable and there’s a kettle to make tea.

Room too small with one window. No refrigerator. Friendly staff.

Heel fijn en uitstekend ontvangen. Mogelijkheid om de bagage achter te laten om later in te checken. Parkeergarage was helaas vol ondanks onze vroege aankomst, maar 50 meter verderop in de straat was een prima parkeergarage, dus prima geregeld. Hadden een feest veel verderop in de stad en de receptionist heeft aangeboden om een Taxi voor ons geregeld, dat was heel fijn.

Well.situated, with very nice staff. The only issue was a lack of tea/coffee in our room, but this was supplied on request. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Property is in a quiet area with lots of dining options and transportation links. The room was clean and the check-in really fast. After check-out there is a possibility for free luggage storage. What I didn't like this time is that there were no hand towels provided. Maybe they stopped providing those as in previous stays I remember there were some in my room.

Un séjour banal qui correspondait à mon attente. Je ne cherchais pas un confort outrageux, simplement de passer une bonne nuit pas dans un chambre à front de rue et de consommer aux aurores un petit déjeuner satisfaisant

Positiv: Rascher und unkomplizierter Service (Umbuchung in anderes Zimmer) aufgrund von Problemen mit der Stromversorgung im 1.Zimmer. Negativ: zu wenige Ablageflächen bzw. kein Schrank im Zimmer, nur 1 Sessel für 2 Personen. Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für 1-3 Nächte.

It's IBIS so you do expect small rooms and they where. Having said this, the hotel, room etc. was very efficient. New, well kept, modern, clean, efficient and having exactly what you need and wish for. I'd be very happy to return again one day. Excellent place, location and good value for money.

Petite chambre, bruyante côté rue. L'hôtel est correct mais le personnel plutôt désagréable et absolument pas arrangeant.

Nice neighbourhood, walking distance (20 min) to city center.
