Impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaud pour la douche à 23h !

Room was lovely and clean and spacious enough for us both with comfortable beds. The breakfast is nice with several options and seemed fresh and good quality ingredients. The biggest negative was the fact when we arrived we were told the Pool was not available due to maintenance. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel and so was extremely disappointed about this and was given no prior notice. If I had known I probably wouldn't have booked this hotel. We weren't offered anything such as late check out etc that may have made it more palatable.

The hotel was fantastic, the room was spacious and well stocked. The bathroom was large and well maintained too. The only negative was the loud noise from morning to end of afternoon due to construction. I completely understand that renovation is necessary in this kind of establishment: I just wish this inconvenience would have been mentioned at the time of my booking.

Accueil à la réception médiocre pour récupérer la chambre Le prix que vous îndiquez sur votre site est systématique majoré de 50 euros donc la chambre 313 à 156 euros passe à 206 euros une caution qui est prélevée sur le compte bancaire est restitué max un mois plus tard C est un choix de groupement et n est pas le cas dans d autres hôtels de Bruxelle Je n irai plus c est scandaleux nous ne sommes pas des vandales

No coffee in lobby Very limited coffee available in room, asked for more - not available No ability to purchase any food in mornings other than a full breakfast buffet Went to restaurant Friday night at 7 pm for a beer. Closed.

It would be nice if you could get coffee outside the restaurant hours … travelling and on different time zones a 24 hour coffee bar would have been great option

Good location, great breakfast. AC was either broken or very weak. Good stay.

The hotel is fine and well located for the European Parliament. The furniture is a little dated though and generally the hotel generally could do with some upgrading. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Reception staff really helpful and lent me a socket converter. Room was so lovely and breakfast amazing.

Renaissance hotel is a very nice hotel near everything. The plaza with lots of restaurants, train station and the parliament. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good though it’s a bit crowded in the mornings. But coming to Brussels I always choose this hotel.
