가족 여행으로 아주 좋았습니다. 11세 자녀 위해 보조침대도 준비해 두었구요. 그랑플라스와 왕립미술관 등 걷는 거리가 좀 있지만, 객실 상태, 주변의 편안함, 무료주차, 조식부페의 좋은 구성 등 거의 모두 만족합니다.

Hopefully the cups in the room could be put into a dishwasher, to remove the stains! And a better English breakfast tea product.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, which was perfect for us with our two daughters. The bathroom was clean and large, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious. The pool had a wonderful view that made our time there even more special.

I enjoyed my stay I needed to rest for the 2 nights while my partner was doing his business in brussels. Very convinient location. Comfortable room. Unfortunately didnt get to use other facilities but everything looked amazing. Will definately stay there again and will recommend to others.

Great hotel! Its easynto get to with the airport bus and very close to the European parliament. I liked the standard and a plus was he access to.the pool.

Personnel très aimable et pret à m'assister, chambre très confortable et spacieuse, y compris la salle de bain. Rien à voir avec ces douches où on a du mal a ne pas rester coller à la douche tout le temps. J'ai beaucoup aimé la qualité du savon. Le petit déjeuner a été une bonne surprise - tel qu'on trouve rarement dans les hôtels de ce niveau de nos jours, malgré le prix payé. Chez Renaissance il y avait un grand choix de produits de qualité, y compris de légumes frais ou en plat. Le petit bémol est le menu du restaurant au cas où on serait amené à y diner. Mais à cause de la localisation de l'hôtel, les alternatives sont à portée de la main.

Read a number of negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by room, comfort and service. Hotel is well located close to number of EU institutions, but not ideal if you are in Brussels for tourism. Beside the hideous carpets in the hallways, common areas have ok decoration. Furniture in rooms might be a bit dated, but rooms are nice, on the spacious side and with good, hard beds. The complementary WiFi is rather slow. Did not try the pool or gym. Ate at one of the restaurants in hotel, which served good food at decent prices.

Hôtel dont seul le lobby est rénové et au niveau de standing attendu par un tel établissement. Les chambres tombent en ruines, les parties communes sont dans un état pitoyable, les luminaires ont ete remplacés mais il n'y a même pas eu un coup de peinture blanche pour masquer l'emprise des anciens luminaires c'est un détail mais révélateur de l'état global de cet hôtel, lamebtable!! Les morceaux de scotch orange fluo pour tenir les pleinthe sont légion, l’état du mobilier dans les chambre n’en parlons pas sans parler du style plus que daté bref fiyez

This is our go to hotel when in Brussels for meetings.

More than i expected from the hotel compared to the price paid and the location which is near a main metro station and centre of Brussels. Gym dated but everything needed for a pro builder. Nice size pool and good breakfast. Go for the family room which was huge
