Shower room broken

방싸이즈 작아서 캐리어 펼쳐둘수 없음. 나머지는 모두 좋습니다.

아주 깨끗하고 전망이 좋았습니다. 나무랄데가 없습니다. 첵크인 할때 50유로를 따로 지불했는데 보증금인줄 알고 리펀드 될줄 알았는데 안되어 있네요. 무슨 명목인지 알고나 있으면 좋겠네요.

“The hotel is spacious and well located, just a short walk from the train station. However, the facilities are in need of maintenance. The bathroom sink was blocked, and water leaked from the shower area during use. While the hotel appears stylish at first glance, key amenities are not well maintained. We also had to wait nearly 15 minutes before we could settle into the room.

Unfair hotel policy and management, I couldn’t come to the hotel for a reason not in my hand not my fault, there was air flight strike and no way to travel to reach the hotel, and they charge unfairly the whole amount and refused to give me a credit to rebook for another date.

Hotel is overall nice though the breakfast is really overpriced for 26 eur. I did “file” a complaint in the morning of my check out because one night someone just opened my door at 01:00 AM in the morning. I was confused and thought i dreamt. Minutes later the reception called me asking me if i was mister “X”, and said that that someone dropped chocolates in my room. I told him thats not me and he just said “well now u have chocooates! How can they just allow someone enter my room at 1AM? Why would u call someones room at 1AM? The lady at the reception couldnt care less either and just said yeah we can make these thpe of mistakes when some organizers want to do sth special for their guests… really? The hotel itself and its amenities however r fine, staff could be better trained m. (The “chocolate” was some cheap industrial muffin filled with bad chocolate not even from Belgium, so disappointing too)

Hotel was basic and needs updating. Good location for walking and city transports.

My favorite hotel

Overall, I would recommend the hotel. Its location was great, right next door to the metro. Grand Place, Mannequin Pis and Bruxelles Palace and Museums are all walkable. There are also lots of shops and fast food on your doorstep. The hotel itself has a good gym and bar area. The room had a little fridge which was great for keeping my milk and water cool. If you don’t want your room made up each day you can hang a sign on your day and they give you a 5 euro voucher to spend in the bar/restaurant or donate to a local charity. I particularly liked this as I don’t like being disturbed by housekeeping when I’m on holiday. I gave mine to charity and had the added bonus of feeling good about myself for doing it. The only thing I would raise is the fact that my bathroom door didn’t shut. It had no mechanism within the door to allow it to remain closed which was strange. However, I didn’t raise it with reception so they had no chance to resolve it whilst we were there. I couldn’t be bothered to change rooms. But I’m assuming that housekeeping must have noticed before allocating us the room. Overall a great hotel and I would stay there again.

The hotel is well located and the staff were friendly and available. We booked 2 rooms with double queen beds but we were provided one queen and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable and it meant that there wasn’t even the room to stand in that room or to use the chairs. The bathroom wc tank was leaking but they told us that it couldn’t be fixed so we just had towels put underneath. Not good value for the money we paid for these rooms.

Ett bra hotell som ligger relativt bra till med närhet till citykärnan och till restauranger och shopping samt nära till Metro.

Excelente hotel e localização. Chegamos antes do check in e o Riovanni nos atendeu super bem, disponibilizou o quarto bem antes do horário.

Great location. Easy to walk into the centre

It was good but being a 4-star hotel, they have just ended up with two 500ml water bottles and then if we ask, they said those will be chargeable. when I have asked for Dental kit they said to come to the reception and collect. As they are rated as 4-star hotel they could at least serve or provide water.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Good location for my business trip purpose.
