We loved the hotel!! Easy check in, helpful, friendly staff, and a fun bar area with a pool table and shuffle board available!!! The area was very walkable to the shopping street, Grand Place, and public transport. I definitely recommend this hotel to all!!

A wonderful high quality hotel with excellent service and a great breakfast. Transport links are perfect, very close to metro and train stations. Also within walking distance to the Grand Place, City 2 shopping centres. Highly recommend.

“The hotel is spacious and well located, just a short walk from the train station. However, the facilities are in need of maintenance. The bathroom sink was blocked, and water leaked from the shower area during use. While the hotel appears stylish at first glance, key amenities are not well maintained. We also had to wait nearly 15 minutes before we could settle into the room.

Unfair hotel policy and management, I couldn’t come to the hotel for a reason not in my hand not my fault, there was air flight strike and no way to travel to reach the hotel, and they charge unfairly the whole amount and refused to give me a credit to rebook for another date.

It was good but being a 4-star hotel, they have just ended up with two 500ml water bottles and then if we ask, they said those will be chargeable. when I have asked for Dental kit they said to come to the reception and collect. As they are rated as 4-star hotel they could at least serve or provide water.

A great hotel which was centrally located for all the tourist sites, shopping and public transport. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were happy with our room but the bed was a bit firm for our taste and it became really hot in the room at night. Great place to stay for a couple of nights in Brussels.

I would have rated 5 star if not for the fact that the constant loud sound of the police sirens were very disturbing. They have €5 coupons for the bar for every night if you opted not to have room cleaning. Kudos to sustainability.
