We had a fantastic taxi driver who worked for the hotel. He picked us up from the airport, gave us a great tour of Belize city the following day, and then took us back to the airport on day three. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about Belize, and made us feel at home. Would Would highly recommend our tour guide an driver, Mr Mike.

Everything is good and clean. Except the outdoor pool. Need to fix all the tiles inside the pool. Bad for kids to play and people to use the pool. Why build the big pool if you can't maintenance it. The pool needed to be shut down and fix it.

Nice amenities, casino. Pool was nice but can use chairs, tables, music and open bar area. It was closed. Good location. Few restaurants walking distance. 20 minutes walk to water taxis to other islands. Felt safe walking around this area.

Piscine pas entretenue, eau fraiche Batiment et chambres vieillotes Personnel de reception très disponible surtout Berta Les commerces sont à 10-15 min à pieds Dernière l’hotel un parc avec des kiosques de restauration, très pratique

The room was clean and adequate for a one night stay. It feels a little run down on the outside, but clean inside. The breakfast was okay, not a lot of options. Nice hotel staff. Maybe wouldn’t recommend for a week stay, but for an overnight or two day stay, it was comfortable.

The staff and room cleanliness are the only good things about this hotel. The staff are AMAZING. So so friendly and kind. The room was spotless. But the hotel is rundown and outdated. The pool was closed. All the restaurants and bars except for the lobby bar are closed. The dance club is closed. The cinema is closed. The hotel lobby has a horrible smell of sewer. The food at the restaurant tasted awful and the breakfast seemed questionable at best. If you want a cheap clean place to stay in Belize this is it. But it is not fancy nor nice by any means. And be prepared for some awful smells.
