Beautiful little hotel with amazing, friendly and helpfull staff.
It would have been nice if there were sunbeds by the main pool. It was a beautiful area but not inviting to spend the day working that tan.
Simple but cozy rooms. Could have been a good chair or two there.

Located close to downtown but far enough out of the way that parking is available and its not obnoxious dealing with all the people and traffic. Close to good restraunts and a supermarket. Would definelty stay here again and wouldnt hesitate to bring the kids here.

Room and property were very clean. Service was extremely friendly, and Giselle was quick to answer questions and provide solutions to problems, such as arranging transport to the ferry upon our departure. Towels were arranged artistically with tropical flowers when we arrived. The Garifuna restaurant next door has great food and live music. The only caveats about the hotel that I'd mention is that the door to the bathroom is entirely clear glass, so there's no privacy from your travel partner when you're using the toilet. Also, the shower cubicle is pretty narrow. If you're ok with these items, it's a great place to stay.

The room we stayed in was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. The staff at Sea Horizon were so accommodating and helpful. A rain storm came in an they our tour company canceled our snorkeling tour. It was raining very hard and it was very windy. There were not a lot of other guest at the Sea Horizon as it was off season so they let us check out at 1 pm instead of the regular 11 am so we weren't stuff driving around in the rain. Everything was clean and it was very safe with a security guard walking the ground constantly. It was Excellent!!!

The property was nice, clean. Staff was awesome. My issue is with Expedia. Due to a medical emergency we had to leave two days early and we couldn’t get a refund for the two nights of unused hotel.

The property is a small oasis. The property is clean and the staff is very attentive guest needs. Our only regret is that there was no natural light in the room…there were no windows. However, having said that, there were plenty of opportunities to sit by the pool and take in some sun.
