The room and service was great! The location was within minutes of walking to all the areas of the main district. One excursion group even picked us up at the dock on the beach by the hotel.

Great property for our group of 6. Very accommodating and staff was friendly. Walkable location to groceries, beach, and restaurants.

We loved everything about this property. It was perfect for my son and my dive trip. We dove with Ramon’s and it was super convenient to walk right over to their docks. When we got there the manager upgraded us which was even more amazing. When we come back we will definitely be booking with the palms again. Definitely one of the best places on the island to stay.

THE PROPERTY WAS RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND HAD GREAT ACCESS TO THE BEACH IN A VERY PRIVARTE SETTING. VERY NICE STAY. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND WOULD DEFFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN

This was our 3rd stay there. We love that it's small, quiet, and comfortable. All the staff are great and will help you out with most anything, including renting a golf cart or making reservations. The pool is small, but good for dipping in on hot days. Some might think the furnishing are a bit older, but we like how the condos feel like a home. The kitchens are well-equipped and super useful. Our favorite feature is the ocean-view deck. Great for relaxing and watching the world wander by.

This is definitely a top hotel. Everything was as you would hope. Quiet location with good views of the water. The staff is welcoming and helpful with tours and transportation. A pier is close by to swim/snorkel, and an easy walk to restaurants if you don’t mind the annoying golf carts. I especially liked Elvi’s restaurant.

Love the property and the staff is very willing and helpful. If there is any negative, it’s pretty close to the airport and you can hear the planes when outside by the pool

Views overlooking the sea were gorgeous and location just south of town made the location quiet and convenient.

The property was perfect. The pool area was so nice. The view from the balcony on Room 23 was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and made preparing food easy. The rooms were clean and the staff was so accomadeing. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Thank you.

We really loved this property, it was right on the beach on the first floor with a pee on the outside and access to the beach right in front would stay here again.

Great property with a good location. Close to downtown and the airport but surprisingly quiet. Next to a great walk in beach area and Ramon’s pier. Pool was nice too!

Great view with walkout directly on the beach. Room was clean and well stocked. Could use a little updating but not a deal breaker. Provided coffee and bottle water. Easy walking distance to most things. Only.conplaint was the internet was spotty but on vaction.

The building is made up of about 12 condos which are rented out on behalf of the respective owners. Our unit was comfortable. Even though it was just the two of us, there was a second bedroom with two beds, plus a second bathroom in the hallway. We had a ground floor unit which was great as we could walk right out onto the beach. There is no lobby, but their office is easy to access down by the pool, and the people there are very helpful. We enjoyed the location which is next door to Ramone's Village. The beach at the Palms is OK, but we would go over to Ramone's which is said to be the nicest beach downtown. Ramone's has a great restaurant, and they have a really nice dock which is a treat to swim from, and nice to visit in the evening. They also offer diving/snorkeling trips. The overall location is excellent. The location is good for places to eat, drink, get coffee, gifts, etc. The airport is close by, and the marine terminal is just a short golf cart ride away (the Palms picked us up and dropped us off. Everyone in Belize was super friendly, and all spoke English which to us was important. All in all we would rent there again. My only complaint was that some of the other guests were cigarette smokers and their second hand smoke made it's way into our patio area as well as the living area when the doors were open.

Excellent and friendly staff. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff helps book your tours and is very helpful.
