The Palms Oceanfront Suites

Everything was perfect. We stayed in room 12 right on the 1st floor facing the beach and it was an absolute perfect experience. The staff was very kind and polite, and very helpful throughout the entire stay. Bicycles to barrow, transportation to and from the airport, and great housekeeping. Will definitely return.

Everything was beyond what we could have imagined. The location is phenomenal, the suite was well equipped and opened out onto the beach with a view that was truly breathtaking. Every single staff member was kind, helpful and doing their best to make us feel welcome. They go the extra mile to help guests make every moment count and work incredibly hard to help organize all aspects of the stay. I would recommend them to anyone and am so grateful we had the opportunity to stay at The Palms!

we stayed a week in the pool casita. it was amazing! very private and beautifully furnished. the staff was exceptional. Nella took great care of our room.

We just returned from 2 weeks at The Palms and really loved this hotel. The staff were wonderful, the room was spotless and super comfortable, and they keep the hotel grounds beautiful and clean. We loved that it was very quiet and super close to the center of town. We were able to walk to all the restaurants, stores, dive shops, etc. We didn't want to come home! I also appreciated their offer to pick us up from the ferry and take us back when it was time to leave. I absolutely recommend The Palms.

Great little boutique hotel on the water and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Staff was very courteous, nice little pool and a peaceful beach with lounge chairs. Would definitely stay there again.

The two room setup was great. One queen and two separate beds in the second room was perfect. Super convenient from the airport (about a 5 minute walk or they'll drive you on a golf cart). It's also super convenient to a room of restaurants, both on the beach and inland. There's no beach, but it's right on the water. The place next door has a good beach so just use that. It does have a pool which is relaxing and quiet. The view from the room was spectacular. It has a kitchen and full sized refrigerator if you're looking to cook and save some money, but honestly don't. Go out and eat at the local restaurants and experience the fooood.

We had a 2-bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean, and the kids loved having their own room on the second level. The timing of our visit was not very fortunate (it rained almost every day), but the ocean view from the balcony and the close proximity to everything (diving, restaurants) were very helpful. We could enjoy the ocean view at any moment without getting wet and could walk to restaurants and back between heavy showers. Our dive shop picked us up by boat at Ramon's dock, which is right next to this place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again if we come back to San Pedro in the future.

The property itself is very nice! Very clean and wonderful staff. It is only a 2-minute walk from the airport which is convenient. But being that close comes with noise and a very busy street.

Great location, hospitable staff, fantastic room!

Although the place is a bit dated, it was still a nice little room. It was pretty clean, but could use some small updates. The bathroom door had water spots all over the back of it, looking like it has had mold damage due to the shower water splashing on it. We did have an issue the very first night where a hat and possibly a wallet was left on our back patio. Someone stole those and they did not offer to check their cameras. It’s a small chance that the wallet fell out of my husbands pocket while on the golf cart, but we feel as if it was forgotten outside. They did post his passport on their local Facebook page but of course no one turned it in. They were helpful with the situation, but again, never offered to check the cameras. I am sure they are working and would have shown someone walking off of our patio with the giant straw hat that was taken. It just seemed a bit odd that they never offered to look back on the cameras. They have security and staff early mornings and it’s just odd that nothing more was done.

The property is absolutely beautiful; photos don't do it justice. The hotel is only feet from the beach and walking distance to several bars and restaurants. The airport is short golf cart ride which the hotel provides. The rooms are spacious and clean. Planes do fly overhead during the day but I didn't notice any noise at night. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on our future visits. It was an exceptional experience!

The best thing about the stay here was the staff! So friendly and helpful! It’s a great location, close to a grocery store and dining on the beach. If you prefer accommodations that are up-to-date in decor, this isn’t your place. But is kept up very well and is extremely clean, especially the pool!

The location of the property is wonderful. Very close to dining, shopping, and snorkeling. Ramon's Village Resort is next door, and there is a great pier to snorkel from. Many restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance, and for people looking to go on day trips either from the island, or from the mainland there are many tour operators within walking distance, as well as the Belize Express Water Taxi just a short walk south on the beach. There is security there 24 hours a day, and the section of beach that The Palms is located on feels very safe. It was great having three sleeping areas, a full kitchen, and unit 24 has two patios, one looking out over the beach, and one in front looking over the pool. The pool is cleaned several times a day, and the grounds are raked multiple times daily.

Gorgeous place, great location, enough said. Paradise on earth type stuff. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to scratch San Pedro Belize off their bucket list.
