The property was clean and innovative. The front desk unfriendly and I felt I was disturbing when asked few questions. My room (suit for 3) was not set up for 3 but only for two people. The housekeeper was very friendly and helped us setting it up quickly but the front desk seemed to be irritated because she was asked. Not enough charging outlets in the room. Not a single one in the bedroom - only 2 for the nightstands but they were behind the bed stand so if you want to charge your phone at night you can’t. Overall a good property but the front desk staff should be more friendly and welcoming.

I will not come back to this hotel. On the top floor there is a noisy club that plays loud music until 1.30 AM. Even NINE floors below it you still can hear it. The window curtain allows a lot of light to enter the room just after the sunrise, so you can sleep just a few hours. The breakfast is decent

Good location, very good breakfast, staff nice and helpfull

When I checked in there was bed linen on the floor from the previous occupant and the garbage had not been emptied. The shower was only lukewarm in the evening and again later in the morning. The breakfast was good and plentiful except the eggs were cold so I just didn't eat them. Good location for my purposes.

I liked the room, it was excellent. and in the summary, everything was OK. except: smell of cigarettes in the lobby, coffee machine in the breakfast room didn't work.

Nice hotel, spacious and comfortable room. There is a tram stop, close to the hotel, and two of the trams stopping there (No5 and No15) are going to the city centre. The hotel personnel could be a bit friendlier, and the breakfast buffet - better. Most of the "hot dishes" were not hot at all, and on some days the variety was definitely lesser.

Mi sono sentita un po’ come una cliente di seconda categoria. Siamo arrivati, 2 adulti e un ragazzo di 13 anni, abbiamo fatto il check-in ,andiamo in camera ,solo un letto matrimoniale e solo 2 set di asciugamani , nonostante in camera c’era una poltrona che diventava letto. Ho chiesto di preparare il letto per nostro figlio,visto che paghiamo per 3 , al mio ritorno in camera ho trovato solo le lenzuola sopra il divano , dovevamo rifare il letto da soli , niente asciugamani . Avevo chiesto di pagare in euro mi hanno detto che non è possibile, o leva , o con la carta , io non volevo pagare con la carta e non avevo i leva , quindi? Meno male che il gentile signore della sicurezza è andato a cambiare gli euro in casinò. Ho viaggiato a lungo e largo tutta la Bulgaria e non mi era mai successo di non poter pagare in euro, comunque, sono scelte, però è sempre un disagio per il cliente. L’aria condizionata non funzionava come si deve , dentro la camera era una sauna, l’ho fatto presente, ma sicuramente non si poteva fare niente. La colazione era abbastanza buona, continentale,minimo indispensabile. Parcheggi a pagamento anche per gli ospiti dell’hotel, 25 leva x H24. Peccato , è un bel hotel ,sarei tornata volentieri, la pulizia impeccabile e lo staff gentile, però servizi zero e l’aria condizionata malfunzionante.

Good: WiFi was free. Bad: WiFi was free of internet, too. I think it would be better to have to pay for a working, secure connection. Staff is very kind, patient and friendly.

Séjour agréable et hôtel situé à proximité du centre ville. Chambre propre.
