교통 은 좋았지만 객실내 바닥이 축축했고 근처에 편의시설이 부족하고 편의점을 찾을수가 없었음

Great location and friendly staffs. The room is spacious but kind of outdated.

On a good side, the hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The major down sides are that a) faces a very busy road; b) terrible WiFi connection; c) inconsistent quality of breakfast: in my case it was excellent on weekend, almost non-existent on Monday, and mediocre Tuesday. Overall, the price was too high for the quality provided. There are better hotels in Sofia downtown. Do not recommend this one

Great location, nice bars and close to NDK. Hotel is set in the olden days (old clocks with different time zones) which has its charm but not for business purposes (not enough plugs, central heating so room was too hot). Friendly staff at reception. Breakfast with nescafé and my minibar was dirty. Stayed 3 days, room never got cleaned.

The sauna is not working so if you want to have a spa and sauna experience dont stay here! There were no accesories given like flip flops bathing products. The information they provided is unaccurate

No heating or air conditioning.

Yaz-sonbahar mevsim geçişinde olduğumuz için klimayı sıcak ayarda çalıştıramdım, odada tek kullanımlık terlik yoktu, oda temizliği kabul edilebilir seviyedeydi, yatak rahattı, otel kahvaltısının içeriği de gayet yeterli düzeydeydi

OK, if you just wanna spent 1 or 2 nights is fine. Reminds me of the 80's hotels that we see in the movies. Definately not a 4* but a 3*. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom needs renovation and the room needs noice isolation (I could hear the next door couple shouting) Not really impressed!

Old world elegance with decor. Room and bathroom fine, though Staybridge request walk in shower ( if they have) . Breakfast was very good. A bit of a walk to attractions ( cathedral mosque etc) but liked a couple of local restaurants- more authentic.

One of the worst hotels i stayed. The first day i arrived at 19:45 and there was a man at the reception who didnt speak English, a sign on the desk said that the reception was opened until 20:00 but probably they left. The room was ok but the tv wasnt working and the ac was noisy and in the toilet run water suddenly. The windows didnt have thick curtains so the neighbors could see you. So i spent the first night in dark and with no tv, Next day, and after my complains to Expedia, they changed my room and they gave me a suite (as they said) . On the third day i noticed that the maid didnt clean my room but i didnt say anything so as not to offend her. But on the fourth day they didnt clean my room so i had neither clean towels nor soap or shampoo. I asked the reception why this and another man (who also didnt speak english well) told me that when you stay more that 3 days they dont clean the room every day. In expedia by the way it is written that they have daily housekeeping. After my complain they cleaned my room but again they didnt put any soap so i had to use one small bottle for 3 days!!! in my room there were ants. Also they say that they have a restaurant until 24:00 but their restaurant after breakfast was closed. As far as safety, it was quite strange situation because there was a man (suppose to be security) sitting out of hotel smoking or drinking and anyone could easily get in the hotel. If it was a MOTEL it could be ok BUT A 4 STAR HOTEL? NO WAY!!!!!!!!

La réception ferme à 20h00 après quoi c'est la sécurité qui donne les cartes pour les chambres mais il ne parle pas bien anglais. L’hôtel est ancien donc ne pas s'attendre a ce qu'il y'a sur les photos. La salle de sport est ancienne aussi et pas très confort. Je ne lai pas utiliser. Le petit-déjeuner est médiocre mais il ya des options et les nappes sont sales des personnes précédentes. Les seules personnes agréables dans l’hôtel sont les femmes de menages. Sinon ne vous attndez pas à un sourire ou un bonjour. Ils sont pas méchants mais très froid.

Nice hotel in a good location, close to the city center and a metro station from the airport. Tasty breakfasts, comfortable beds. The only shortcoming was a bathroom, which was a little bit outdated.

Otel vasat araçla giderseniz araba park edecek yer kesinlikle yok, dışarı park ederseniz araca demir kelepçe takıp gidiyorlar. Bulgar numarasından mesaj atmanız lazım, ben 1 gün konaklayacağım için bulgar numarası almadım, resepsiyondaki personele aracı park edebilmem için mesaj atmasını ödemeyi ona yapacağımı söyledim, hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmuyorlar. Bir daha bu otelde kalmam. Önceki kaldığım otelde araç plakasını alıp kendileri bildiriyordu, bunlar yabancı misafir konusunda çok deneyimsizler, bana garip geldi, bir daha bu oteli tercih etmem.

Overall the staff was nice. One issue was that the check in took some time since my reservation wasn't prepared properly. A slightly annoying part was that I could hear the water draining and refilling of the bathroom above room. Also it had some malfunction, so it kept filling and draining for 20 minutes at night. A minor issue but worth knowing if you plan on getting the breakfast option - they didn't have any alternative milk, only regular.

Limpieza habitación podría ser mejor. Un día simplemente no hicieron aseo de la pieza y reclamado para que hagan el aseo solo se encogieron de hombros sin realizar aseo. Después de 12 de la noche seguridad ordena abandonar el lobby del Hotel. Internet muy débil si se requiere para trabajar En lo demás, es un buen hotel
