Apsara Residence Hotel

직원은 친절하였고, 시설은 휼륭했습니다. 아침식사 역시 휼륭하였습니다. 금번은 하루만 숙박하였으나... 나중에 다시방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

- pretty close to the Pubstreet, like 10-15 minutes walk - no lift in the building - the breakfast is not buffet, but served as menus - pool area is not too small, deep enough

직원들 친절하고 시설도 청결했으며 조식도 맛있었어요! 다만 사진으로 볼때보다 호텔이랑 수영장이 조금 크게 나온 것 같지만 저는 원래 소규모의 프라이빗한 호텔을 찾고 있었기 때문에 아주 만족스러웠네요. 위치도 좋았고 펍스트리트까지 걸어서 5분~10분이었습니다. 다만 한가지 안 좋은 점은 마사지. 호텔 마사지를 다른곳보다 2배 더 주고 받았는데 너무 대충하는 느낌이었어요. 전혀 시원하지도 않고...마사지는 시내에 다른 곳에서 받으시길... 그 외에는 아주 만족했습니다!

매일 침구를 갈라 주었으며 직원들의 친절도가 굉장히 높았음 , 아침식사는 객실수가 작아서 그런지 부페식이 아니리 3가지중 고르는 것이 었는데 그런대로 괜찮았습 , 특히 수영장이 잘 관리되고 있어서 여행후 더위와 피로를 회복하는데 매우 유용 했었음 ..

한국분들의 후기가 없어서 고민하다 결정하였습니다. Executive Double Room 으로 5박 예약하였으나, 방이 1층 수영장이 훤히 보이는 곳이라 커텐을 열어놓고 생활하기가 꺼림직하여 1박 후 2층 일반룸으로 변경하였습니다. 2층 방의 경우 옆방과의 벽 중간에 나무문이 하나 있고, 가구로 막아놓았습니다. 이로 인하여 옆방의 발소리나 TV소리가 매우 잘 들립니다. 제가 사용했던 방만 그런지 다른방도 그런지는 모르겠습니다. 그외 호텔리어의 친절도도 매우 높고, 식당의 식사도 만족했습니다. 특히 펍스트리트는 걸어서 5분정도의 거리에 위치하고 있어 저녁시간을 보내기에 좋습니다.

This place was in a good location, about 10 minute walk from Pub Street, the night market, etc. I had a couple issues with broken things in the room (shower head not working, toilet leaking), but at least the hotel staff were understanding in attempting to fix things quickly. I was glad to be on the first floor, as there's no elevator here.

Fabulous hotel. Spacious rooms, amazing staff. Lovely pool. Short walk to pub street but away from noise. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The Angkor wat tour guide which we organized through the hotel was fantastic Mr Sarorn And the main lady on reception was so very helpful Lovely hotel

I like the uniqueness of the property. It was a great boutique hotel with great service, location, and price. Plus, it was modern & very clean.

Money stolen from room, please avoid this hotel. We stayed at the Apsara Residence Hotel in Siem Reap for 5 nights in February 2025 and were extremely disappointed both to have money stolen from the safe in our room and also with the poor response we received from Hotel Management when we reported this loss. We reported the $100 dollar theft to the Hotel Management and were brushed off with a very inadequate response despite several attempts to pursue this matter. Management simply refused to acknowledge the money could have been taken and did not seem to properly investigate what had happened. Our remaining days at the Hotel were spoiled by this invasion of our privacy and our consequent lack of confidence in the security of our possessions. I have no doubt the management will reply to this review stating the theft being impossible, but nevertheless we wish to alert future guests to the need to be very wary of this venue so they can avoid the treatment we were unfortunate to have experienced. Hotel management promised to follow up this matter after we left but, unsurprisingly, we have heard nothing from them. The only matter that bothered the manager we spoke to was the prospect of a negative review. We strongly suggest people look elsewhere for accommodation.

Great location and beautiful hotel! Room was lovely and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was really good . We loved to stay there !!

This is our second stay here and we recommend it to anyone who is coming to Siem Reap. The staff is wonderful; so helpful with anything you need. They're happy to help with transportation, tour suggestions, & entertainment suggestions. The breakfast is extensive. We didn't use the spa, but I know someone who has and they enjoyed it a lot and the price is very reasonable.

Lovely hotel, very well located. The staff could not possibly have been kinder or more attentive. There was some noise from the bar nearby, but it didn't bother us too much. Would certainly stay again.
