모기가 많이 나옵니다. 어디서인지 몰라도 모기가 계속 들어와요. (최소 1박당 5마리) 하지만 욕실과 침실이 분리되어 있고, 모기가 추운 침실보다는 따뜻하고 습한 욕실을 훨씬 선호하기 때문에 침실에서 한두마리만 잡아버리면 모기 볼 일이 거의 없긴 합니다. 호텔이 비포장도로에 위치해 있습니다. 저는 오토바이를 타고 다녔기 때문에 그나마 괜찮았는데 툭툭 이동할때는 앞보다 뒤로 충격파가 더 강해지기 때문에 100여미터는 넘는 비포장도로 구간에서 상당히 불편할것 같습니다. 여자 직원이 좀 어리버리합니다. 공항과 호텔 사이 툭툭 지원 1회 되는것으로 알고 물어봤는데 안된다고 했다가, 다시 물어보니 알아봐 주겠다고 했다가, 저녁에 다시 가보니 그냥 퇴근했습니다. 다른 직원은 물어보니 바로 "예약 어플을 통해 예약한 경우 호텔과 공항 왕복 지원이 가능하다"고 했습니다. 다음날 같은 여직원에게 미니바 이용금액을 지불하고 거스름돈을 받아야 했는데, 안주길래 말해서 받았습니다. 고의로 그런것 같지는 않지만 당연히 받아야 하는 모든걸 직접 말해서 챙겨야 했습니다. 룸 컨디션이 좋고, 직원들이 띨빵하긴 해도 다 착하구요. 호텔이 비포장도로에 있어서 그렇지 시내와 가깝고 무엇보다 물에서 쇠냄새가 유일하게 안나는 호텔이었습니다. 재방문 의사는 없지만 한번쯤 와볼만한 호텔은 맞습니다.

窓がない部屋があるのは想定外だった

Clean rooms and friendly staff. They have complimentary Wi-Fi access too. Breakfast is good. much selection of tasty food . Over all stay was pleasant . Will definitely come back again .

Great hotel. Lovely ambience. Friendly staff willing to help with anything. Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. Good choice of menu and delicious food. The pool is clean. It's all set.

Check in was great even though they could not find my reservation in the system. The girl on the front desk early morning sorted the problem in a couple of minutes.

Our bedroom had everything that we needed on holiday, staff very helpful and pleasant. it was a great hotel being very quiet and not much far from the pub street.

We booked one of the upper rooms which had a great view from the hotel to the pool and restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Staff and absolutely wonderful and pleasant. You can dip your toes in the pool and relax enjoying the nature around the pool.

Everything was perfect! I had a great time in this hotel since I was check in at 1pm! The staffs were so kind and the breakfast was so great! When I visit Siem Reap again, I will reserve this hotel again!

From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and really went out their way to ensure we were happy and that our stay was comfortable. We booked this hotel for 2 days initially as we were not sure about the conditions and surroundings primarily because of the price. After staying there for 2 days, we stayed there for additional 4 days. The ruins are spacious for two people. Decorations in hotel are nice. The staff was very friendly, quick to help out. Nalen and Vireak were quick to respond and fulfill our requests. Both spoke good English as well. High marks for them as well as to Khim and Lyna. Breakfast and dinner are available although not included in the price. Tried dinner once there which was quite good but there are so many other options in the town. Swimming pool was good and definitely needs one after a sweltering day. Couple of things that could improve the stay there are; a microwave in the room, a working, network enabled tv, and an iron. Overall, we were pleased to have stayed there and the experience was great! Definitely recommend this hotel!
