비로스 호텔은 우리 가족에게 최고의 호텝입니다. 이번 여행까지 모두 4번을 방문하였고, 항상 최고의 편안함과 놀라움을 경험하고 왔습니다. 공항 픽업에서부터 편안한 체크인, 그리고 다시 방문하는 우리 가족을 기억하고 반갑게 인사해주는 호텔 모든 직원분들께 감동하였습니다. 호텔은 객실은 매우 깔끔하며, 따라하고 싶은 인테리어를 잘 유지하고 있습니다. 예쁘고 아담함 수영장은 편안한 휴식을 하기에 더할나위 없이 완벽합니다. 호텔의 조식은 맛과 멋, 그리고 정성까지 더해져서 완벽합니다. 호텔 직원 분들은 센스있게 우리가족의 취향을 기억해줍니다. 객실은 흐트러질 틈을 주지 않고 자주 자주 정리해 주셔서 너무 감사하였습니다. 기회가 되면 가까운 미래에 꼭 다시 방문할예정입니다. 코로나 펜더믹동안에 그 모습 그대로 시엠립에 있어준 호텔과 호텔 직업분께 진심으로 감사드립니다. 우릭 가족이 비로스 호텔을 사랑하는 이유는 호텔의 완벽함과 더불어따듯한 미소로 인사해주시는 호텔리어분들의 친절과 사랑때문입니다. 반드시 곧 다시 만나기기를 기대합니다.

시엠립에서 두번연이어 이용한 호텔입니다. 위치 좋고 깨끗하고, 룸이 일반 호텔 객실보다 넓어 쾌적합니다.

좋았습니다. 조식이 아주 맛있었어요. 씨엠립에서 이정도로 맛있는 음식은 손에 꼽을 것 같아요. 특히 쌀국수 진짜 맛있었습니다! 룸서비스로 먹은 햄버거도 너무 맛있었어요. 관광지 갈 때도 툭툭도 비싸지 않게 잡아주는 건 물론이고, 코스와 비용을 꼼꼼히 체크해서 확인해주고, 벌레퇴치약과 물수건 서비스까지. 감동이었습니다. 스위트룸이라 그런지 많이 신경쓰는 것이 느껴져서 여러모로 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 다음에 씨엠립 오면 재방문 하고 싶어요.

The best thing of this hotel is staffs! They are nice and comport like old friend! Breakfast also very nice and served to table! Swimming pool and service also good! Location also good it’s close from old market and pup street ! You can get there by 10 minutes by walk or by tuktuk 1 dollar! I apsolutely recommend this hotel and want to be here again!

The staffs were very kind and nice. The room condition was nice, too. The swimming pool is quite small but it was big enough to share with other residents. The most point I liked was the silence. It was quiet so I could fully rest.

Quite possibly the best hotel stay we’ve ever had! The staff were meticulously attentive from knowing our names, having umbrellas and mosquito spray available, and cool cloths available when we arrived to the hotel each day— the guest service was top notch. The included breakfast was fresh and made to order daily— I recommend the avocado toast! The spa was readily available with a good array of treatments. The gym was well fitted as was the pool. I can’t over emphasize how incredibly kind every member of the staff were during our visit. We also took part in one of the vintage car tours which was a highlight of our visit!

Cannot recommend this hotel more highly ! Top 5 hotel experience in past 20 years of travelling. From outstanding service to stylish interior and a la carte breakfast with proper coffee. Its the little things like a chilled towel offered each time I returned to hotel, off of mosquito spray when going out for dinner and staff remembered and used my name each time…

One of the most beautiful hotel experiences I’ve ever had As a solo traveler, I was deeply impressed by the warm and genuinely attentive welcome I received from the moment I arrived. The staff took care of every detail with grace and discretion, making me feel not just comfortable, but truly valued. The food was outstanding — delicious, beautifully prepared, and a real pleasure to enjoy. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is calm, refined, and elegant, with a sense of quiet sophistication that invites relaxation and peace. The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful, a perfect place to unwind. My room was exquisitely furnished and exceptionally quiet, allowing for restful nights and total privacy. This was truly one of the most memorable hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. I can’t wait to come back!

Viroth’s Hotel was a perfect place to relax. It’s more quiet comfort than flashy luxury, and that’s what made it special. The staff were amazing — kind, helpful, and low-key. The pool and courtyard are beautiful and peaceful. Breakfasts were solid, with good variety. Everything felt calm and thoughtful. Would absolutely stay again.

Well, where do I begin? I can’t rave about the experience enough. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the checkout process 6 nights later; everyone and everything was amazing. The suite was stylish and very comfortable. Everything was immaculate and clean but the best thing about this place were the people. Everyone was just so kind, polite and always happy to help. The food and drink was out of this world and breakfast was the best I’ve had included in a room deal. My husband and I booked this place as part of my husbands 60th birthday celebrations. We make a very fine decision to stay here. It’s easy to see why this place has won so many accolades. There was only one issue, a family staying a couple of nights with zero respect or control of their feral, loud and disrespectful children; I really wish that the hotel would display a clear code of conduct and etiquette which would be enforced. 7:00 AM and we had kids screaming outside our room. People left the pool one day as the kids were just too much. This is a classy hotel, not an Ibis. A huge thank you to the team for all of your service, help, kindness and smiles; You were amazing.

Amazing hotel, staff, location, and value. We loved our time in Siem Reap, and Viroth’s Hotel staff made each moment easy, pleasant, and fun. Simply delightful … wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
