Kids liked the pool and the hot tub.

Everything was so clean, the staff was so friendly and when we went to the pool not only was it also very clean we were the only ones in there and had a whole hour of swimming to ourselves. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area!

Upon arrival we were given our room key, pointed to the elevator, and that was it. No itinerary, no pool schedule no breakfast schedule. We asked when the complimentary breakfast was and was told from 7-11am. We came and went from the hotel a few times throughout the day and nobody ever cleaned the room. People were leaving beer cans in the hallway, drinking openly in the lobby (not the bar) and drinking in the halls/ elevator. We asked for more towels at some point and were givin a few more, and still…they didn’t take the old towels or make the bed. When talking to the front desk staff it always seemed like we were bothering them. The next day when we decided to go get the “complimentary” breakfast we asked about. We were handed a bill. After asking the waiters about this they shrugged and said it wasn’t included in our room. We did get a 20% discount on the food after asking about what we were promised multiple times. Unfortunately for the price we payed, we ate cold, chewy buffet food, with undercooked/ raw in the middle sausage. When leaving we told the staff how disappointed we were, which led to a discount on parking (1 of 2 nights parking was free) . Paying 28 dollars a night to park in a hotel where you are staying felt ridiculous anyway. This hotel has so much potential, but was a total let down.

Nice hotel. The bed had a sag in the middle. Room was short on towels. Other than that, a good stay. Great location

The room had no coffee maker and was out of conditioner. Also the walls in the hotel are paper thin so we could hear our neighbours very clearly all night long. It was fine but I probably won’t book at this hotel again.

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day this year and it was genuinely perfect. Definitely will be returning when I’m in Halifax again.

Great bang for your buck. Just be aware there is a $30 a day parking I was not made aware of prior to going

The staff were friendly and helpful. They had the hotel decorated for Valentine’s Day which was a nice surprise.

Il y avait plusieurs problèmes. Le lavabo qui était bouché, la toilette aussi qui floche mal, saleté incroyable en dessous du divan. Service très lent, j’ai du attendre presque 1h et rappelé pour avoir des serviettes propres le matin. La machine à café, l’eau était très brûlante que vue qu’elle a débordé du cup je me suis brûlé la main à devoir garder de la glace dessus pendant plusieurs heures. Service très lent au restaurant, cuisson de mon steak était trop cuite. Etk je crois en avoir décrit amplement. J’espère que de retourner que mon séjour sois meilleur.
