아파트 호텔이라 프론트데스크를 기대할 수 없었지만, 안내가 그리 친절하고 자세하지 못해서, 건물 입구 찾는데만 오랜 시간이 걸렸다. 위치와 호텔 실내 편의시설은 가격 대비 나쁘지 않았지만, 아침에 엘리베이터 호출 안된 문제(24층에서 걸어내려왔음), 물이 내려가지 않는 싱크대 등은 상당히 불편했다. 그리고 스텝들이 건물에 상주하지 않기에 불편 사항 접수와 처리는 기대하기 어려웠다.

It was nice to stay here for the first time. I was satisfied with the smooth communication with the accommodation owner. However, the cleanliness of the accommodation was not very satisfactory, and the noise was loud due to the construction around it. There was dust out of sight, and there was even a small stain on the bedding. If this problem is solved, I think it will be possible to recommend accommodation to all travelers.

Location was fantastic and most of all lots of restaurantes and shopping

There were far too many emails and texts with requirements regarding this stay. I received 14 communications in the week before my trip. Many correspondence required response or had threats of fees. The condo was not in good shape, the headboard was peeling and each morning we would wake up with black flakes on our sheets. The unit was dirty and the door handle was loose. And despite these poor conditions guests there are emails, texts, and posting of fees for guest damages. I would not recommend this company to others and would not like to stay again.

Pictures show a much nicer place than it actually is. The floorboards in our apartment were poorly put together. The bed was broken on one end. The duvet cover was… non existent. They promise a luxury stay and get away with it because of the building location but this place is far from luxury. Just a heads up.

Good location and easy access to dt

The location is excellent and the rooms themselves are modern and comfortable. A WiFi issue on arrival was addressed reasonably quickly, which I appreciated. However, a few things left me disappointed: 1) Rigid cancellation policy: There was no flexibility whatsoever when an unexpected situation required an earlier departure. Even a credit toward a future stay—rather than a refund—was off the table. Most comparable properties offer at least some degree of discretion in genuine unforeseen circumstances, so this felt unnecessarily inflexible. 2) Questionable charge for a towel: After inquiring about leniency regarding the early departure, I was told I’d be charged $150 for a “stained” hand towel. That price is wildly out of proportion to the cost of replacing or laundering it. More importantly, the towel in question was already stained when I checked in—I simply hadn’t reported it because I was already dealing with the WiFi issue and discussing the change in travel plans. Charging guests for lightly stained linens is not standard practice in most hotels and doesn’t align with reasonable hospitality norms. Overall, while the physical space is lovely, the service approach felt punitive rather than guest-oriented. It’s disappointing to see this trend becoming more common in the hospitality industry. I’m a respectful and low-maintenance traveler, but experiences like this make it harder not to speak up. (By the way, everything is extra including house keeping)

The room was pretty worn-out. Not as new and up to date as the photos has shown. It's not a hotel, no concierge present there 24 hours. You can always call thrm if you need any
