Great location and reasonable rates relative to the competition.

Overall I can't complain about the motel. You get what you pay for which is a clean room and bed. The rooms are dated which is fine, however the kitchenet that we had was short 2 place settings. If a room can sleep 4 people it's should have 4 place settings. It wouldn't hurt them to toss the pots and pans out and replace them with some goodwill finds, wouldn't be a bad thing to outfit the the kitchen a bit better. Staying for a week and planning to cook out meals was a bit of a let down with what was provided. We did have to get the shower he was d replaced while we were there but it was taken care of same day.

only 2 hotels in tsawwassen. one $200 and more and the motel in the $100. had room 1. very big, sofa, and very well situed. near the water, cafe and restaurant. will go back .

Quiet location. While the bed was soft, the springs were very squeaky. Only two very thin pillows. The electrical outlet next to the bed didn’t work. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost nonexistent.

The chairs and couch have visible stain marks. The bed frames and springs are worn out, making them uncomfortable to sleep in.

We enjoyed our stay however it was very difficult to turn the light off over the bed as the pull chain was too short for a senior to reach and to turn off the TV we had to unplug it other than that it was nice clean and pleasant to stay in

Room is basic and a bit rough. Even for $120 the basics should work correctly. The shower head just dribbles water, the handle to the shower came off it my hand. Ended up not being able to take a shower. I left a bag in the room after check out. I don’t understand why hotels can’t just send you a quick note to say you left something behind. It’s lazy.

Great stay and perfect location

The room was clean, however everything else was old. The towels were nearly threadbare, the bedding was decades old. The room was not pristine by any stretch. The property itself looked good. The check in and check out after hours was pain free and well organized. The room was what we needed it to be, an inexpensive place to rest our head for 6 hours before catching a ferry. Not sure i would vacation here but would stay again if needed

Room was awful. Dirty, lights didn’t work and beds were very noisy. Didn’t have a crib even though the hotels.com site said it did.

The property is a bit dated and so where are the Furnishings in the room. Having said that everything is kept clean and in the best condition it can be. I am a single Traveler and all I need is a clean dry warm place to lay my head. It is also located within 15 minutes Drive of the ferry and that was my priority. It is also conveniently located to restaurants both fast food and casual dining. The price was very reasonable.

I have a long history with the Beach Grove Motel. I have stayed here 15-16 times over the last 20 years. My reason for coming here is that the motel is just across the road from Boundary Bay Regional Park and Centennial Beach. A low tide event on Boundary Bay is something very special. You can walk barefoot 2 km out into the bay. Perhaps as far as the Point Roberts border marker. If you are a fussy person, who gets upset by this or that, stay somewhere else. Though there is not much choice in South Delta. The motel is cheap and cheerful. I will be back in the summer. For another low tide event. Thanks so much to the staff for keeping the motel going!

Easy to find, clean and good location. The bathroom was a little tight. It would be a great property with a few renovations.
