움직일때마다 스프링 소리나는 딱딱한 침대 빼곤 깨끗하고 친절하고 좋았어요. .

직원들은 친절했고, 서비스는 매우 만족하나 숙소 컨디션이 조금 오래된 듯하였고 리모델링 중인거 같아서 조금은 어수선했다. 조식은 간단한 음식들이었으나 깔끔하고 신선했다.

방 안에 쾌쾌한 냄새납니다. 침대 스프링 오래 되어서 삐걱입니다. 베개 숨 다 죽어서 불편합니다. 아침식사는 빵, 삶은계란, 소세지, 음료 정도가 다입니다. 주차장 자리는 충분하지만 좁습니다.

Clean and comfortable

The heat in the room was not hot or even remotely warm. It was turned all the way up. We let them know but we had to ask for extra blankets.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Young man at the front desk was very warm and friendly. However, we picked this hotel because it had free breakfast and a hot tub. The hot tub was cold and nothing was done when we asked for it to be turned up, the breakfast was meh and every time we went down for food there was a lot of things that were run out. They did not keep it up very well. When paying $300 a night for a tiny room, I expect the amenities to be as posted. It was a little disappointing.

Staff is friendly, room was clean but dated, was offered a free upgrade from king room to a suite. Of course I said yes but we regret it as it was a queen bed suite and also was located directly behind the check-in desk. And directly across from the public bathroom and coffee station. I think we would have been much happier with our original booking. Also tv system was really complicated and took a long time and alot of frustration to get any kind of show on. Need to seriously simplify that system or have instructions on how to watch a show. Also the complimentary breakfast was not good . Everything was undercooked and the eggs were hard boiled only and were dumped out of a bag. By far the worst breakfast ive ever had at a best western or any hotel ever.

The night shift front desk was not warm and welcoming . The room is terribly uncomfortable

The room was clean. The coffee machine was not straight forward and the staff even acknowledged that I wasn’t the first person to bring this to their attention and they still haven’t printed better instructions to fix this issue. There is a 3 cm gap below the door to the hallway that leaves a lot of light in which can affect one’s sleep. The breakfast buffet is all junk food. Not anything like what other reviews says. If you eat junk food you will be ok with it, if you like to eat healthy, it won’t meet your expectations.

Room and staff were exceptional, breakfast was a bit disappointing for a Best Western.
